Rhys, again unable to sleep, went down to the common room to read by the fireplace. He was about a quarter of the way into his book, A Wild Sheep Chase by Haruki Murakami. He got comfortable by the couch in front of the fireplace and opened to where he'd last left off.

Nefertari, forever the insomniac, snuck out of her dorm and into the tunnel.It hadn't been to hard since Penelope was out somewhere anyways, which was a bit strange. Tari walked through the tunnel and pulled herself out and into Einstein Hall. It was mostly empty except for one person on the couch, she saw it was Rhys and greeted him,"Hey there!"

Cal came down with her Totoro and her backpack full of food things, having put and labeled all the drinks she bought into the kitchen fridge. Sleepily, she gave everyone a "sup" and dumped herself on a single person couch to eat a twinkie and use her Totoro as a pillow buddy.

Coming down from the tower it had gotten a bit chlly. Unabel to sleep he remembered the Common room again from the other night. "Sweet" he called opening the door finding it filled with other students.Cant sleep either...hey Tari
Jasper smiled upon seeing Tari and the pink haired girl once again. "Hey you guy" He waved shyly.

Derek needed a night out to calm himself. He's worrying way too much about Olivia. I can't do anything, and I hate myself for that. ARGH. Putting a fake smile on his face, he entered into Einstein. Waving to everyone, he took a seat on a chair. "So what's going on?"

Rhys looked up from his book when he heard his name called out. He turned to see that it was Tari, climbing up from the tunnel. "Hey there, insomniac! How're you?" he greeted in return, marking his page and putting his book down next to himself. He noticed that more people had also come into the common room, and he greeted them all, as well.
"Cal, Derek, Jasper, how're you all, too? Bunch of night owls we are, huh?"

Cal just stared at the two dudes who entered and wondered why the fuck they were being so talkative. She turned on the couch with her Totoro, her twinkie, and her backpack. Fuuuuck.. I'm not sleepy but I'm tiiiired...

"Heyo", she greeted the three others who had just walked in with a short wave, falling down on one of the couches,"I take it none of you can sleep either?", she asked, smiling slightly.
"Crashing Einstein again", she replied to Derek before turning in Rhys' direction,"I'm good, you? What book are, were you reading?", she asked.

After going through the tunnel and hearing some word that Einstein was livin' it up, Lyra entered the Einstein hall alone, hoping she wasn't intruding. Last time she was here was after Tari's party... fun night that night. Lyra laughed to herself and shook her head, greeting everyone with a wave. |

"Yeah... Always up late." Derek's mind trailed back to a few nights ago, at Lyra's penthouse. He remembered partially the events, the making out, the fact everyone was making out, the sex, damn. Could of Olivia really caused all that? Or more importantly, should Derek tell everyone? That might lead up to an awkward time though. So Derek pushed it aside, and attempted to relax.
Derek smiled at Lyra, and gave her a quick wave. Even as good a friend she was, her presence still couldn't shake the stress from Derek's mind.

Jasper looked around. "Hey roomy yeah, cant sleep" He shrugged sitting on the floor leaning on the couch. He looked around to see a few people he had seen but not really met.
Being the socially awkward new kid he sat there in silence putting air in his cheeks and letting it out as it total boredom.

Rhys held his book up for Tari to see. "A Wild Sheep Chase by Haruki Murakami," he told her, placing it by him again. Guess it's a party in here tonight. I'll put this away for now, he thought.

Cal tossed her backpack onto the coffee table when she heard even more people and hoped the offering of snack foods would get them to shut the fuck up even for a few minutes. She turned back to curling up on the couch with her Totoro and half-eaten snack cake.

After watching a bird suddenly and mysteriously divebomb into the floor of the tower top, killing itself in a terrible splatter, Anna left, going back to her dorm, finding it empty, then going down through the middle to the next dorm; Einstein. She crawled up and found that she was lucky; lots of people seemed to be up and here already.
Crawling up into the common room, she recognized Cal first, calling out to her as she sat cuddled in a sofa with her stuffed animal. "Hey Cal! How're you? Oh, I hope you're not trying to rest ... though this wouldn't be the best place, anyway," she said, looking around at how many people were here.

Cal finally gave up on curling up and sat up on the sofa with her stuffed animal, staring at Anna now. She just stared for a little while then just shook her head and fall back with a smoosh sound, tugging at her frilled bottoms a bit when they started to ride up in all the shifting, "M'just here fo no good reason. Sup with you, Anna?"
