Daphne was curled up on the couch, waiting for him when he returned. She looked up and smiled. "Yeah, it was pretty cold out there. Nothing compared to home though. I miss the snow," She said, smiling again when he ruffled his hair. "Hmmm.... I think it suits you. But I do believe I prefer it... this way," She started, leaning over and smoothing it out for him. "Much better." She grinned.

Sunglee's eyes went wide when Daphne reached over and fixed his hair. His cheeks may have went a little red as well. This was a first. He was use to hugging girls, and playing with their hair, but they never did those things to him. His expression seemed to say 'Oh!' and he looked around the room at everything other than Daphne. "Uh, so-" His voice came out cracked and high pitched, and he stopped abruptly to cough and clear his throat. "Um, so..." He repeated in a deeper tone. "Uh, aside from the things I already know, what else do you take interest in?" His eyes were still wide, and he kept them on a book that someone had left on a nearby table.

Daphne leaned back now, shifting her eyes away from him. She grabbed a pillow and pulled it into her lap. She started fiddling with one of the seams a little nervously. "Uhm... well... you know about computers. You know about the smart stuff. Past that..." She started, thinking on it for a moment. There really wasn't a lot. "Well. I read a lot. I like naming constellations. What about you?" She shifted slightly, looking up to him for a moment. She hadn't meant to embarrass him. She was trying to be funny more than anything. Or... she thought she had.

Sunglee listened quietly. She really was a bright girl. She asked him about his interests and he thought for a moment. "Uh, well, I like...sleeping." He started. "Um, I play the piano. That's always fun. Erm...I like my bike...I like taking pictures..." He began to chuckle awkwardly at the last part. "I know it's conceited of me but I like to take my own pictures a lot..." He scratched at the back of his head. "I like...food." He was trying to think, and he was sure there was more than that, but he was just drawing a blank.

"Sleeping is good. Food is good too. I miss some of the places back home. There's this one little restaurant and they have the best chowder ever. It's one of the best things ever when it's snowing out," She explained, smiling warmly at the memory. "Pictures can be fun too though. I can't say I take pictures of myself a lot, but when I was younger I was really into photography."

Sunglee began to pout a little, at the mention of home. "I miss my mother's cooking. She made some of the best Korean dishes ever. Seriously...better than any restaurant in Korea. She's pro." He smiled at the thought of food, his mother's food. He looked over at Daphne, finally relaxed again, and smiled. "Well, to he honest, I'm not really...artistic about it, so I'm not sure you can call what I do photography but, photography is pretty awesome." Her mention of when she was younger popped a question into his head. "Uh, hey, how old are you?"

"I can't say I've eaten a lot of Korean, but it might be fun to try one day," Daphne said, smiling slightly. "I'll be 17 next month. But I feel old. I guess it comes with the super genius thing. I started talking before I was 1. By the time I was 2 I was reading and writing. I suppose I started a lot earlier and move through phases a lot faster since I learn things so easily," She explained, shrugging lightly. "Just another reason I'm weird. Why do you ask?"

"Oh, Korean is very tasty, though many dishes are spicy. If you can't handle spicy you may not like it." He listened to her explain her age and a grin appeared on his face. "Ah, so you're younger than me! I'm eighteen." He smirked widely. "Well, it's kind of a habit really. In Korea, there's certain ways to address people." He began. "I'm not going to get into it too much but, it's considered kind of rude for someone younger to address someone older without the proper formalities." He continued. "Like for instance, in our case, if we were in Korea, you'd either address me as Oppa, or Sunglee-oppa." Thinking about it made him giddy. "It's always so cute when girls use the male formality. Makes my heart melt." Talking about his home caused him to reminisce a bit. He had to admit, he really did miss it.

"Spicy food can be good. It just depends on what it is," She smiled slightly, looking away from him for a moment. She looked back when he started talking about home. They all missed home at some point. He seemed to miss it more than most though. She smiled softly, listening to him. It was nice hearing people talk about home. They always had a good story or memory. The thing about Oppa made her chuckled. "Calling you Oppa makes you melt?" She asked, curious. It was different. The word felt a little funny on her tongue.

He gave a sheepish laugh and scratched at the back of his head. "Well yeah, when a young girl runs up to ya going 'Oppa! Oppa! Can you please me! Please!' it's hard not to say no. It's too cute. I just melt into a little puddle." Sunglee knew he wasn't the only one. Most Korean men were attracted to girls who acted cute. Especially when they said 'Oppa' in a cute, possibly whiny sort of way. Sunglee suddenly yawned and looked at the time. When was curfew again? "Hey, I think it's time for sleep. You want me to walk you to your dorm?" He offered along with a gentle smile.

"It makes sense, I mean, I don't know everything about Korean culture or anything. But from what you've told me it fits," Daphne said, shifting slightly and looking towards the clock. "I do believe you are right. Definitely time for some sleep. You don't have to. I'm only like... 4 doors down from you. It's up to you." She got up, stretching a little.

Sunglee pressed his hands to his cheeks. "But you never know what could happen in passing those four doors! Someone could jump out and try to do impure things to you!" He stood up and took a fighting stance. "I cannot allow such a thing to happen! I shall protect the pure and innocent!" The stance dropped and he smiled. "Or something like that." He stretched and yawned. "Let's go."

"You know how I said you were cute earlier? I take it back. You're adorable," With another smile and a chuckle Daphne started towards the stairs that led up to their dorms. As sleepy as she was he still made her laugh. He was quite amazing at that. Even if he was a little over exaggerating everything, that was one of his qualities that made everything fun.

Sunglee was laying on a couch in the common room of the Einstein Hall ever since he had gotten out of the Infirmary, with an arm over his eyes. "...Ugh..." He groaned. The reason for him being in the Infirmary? Well, it seems his Anemia had gotten the better of him in the early hours and he had collapsed and passed out in his first class. No one really made too much of a fuss, most were use to it by now. However, it seemed he was feeling particularly weakened today, and didn't seem to have the strength to make it to his dorm. So, seeing that the common room had been empty, he had decided to just rest there, for now.

Daphne had been out for a walk, wandering around like usual. Meandering about and naming constellations. It helped clear her head when she couldn't stop thinking. When she walked back to the dorms and into the common room she looked around. When she saw Sunglee she tilted her head slightly. He didn't look so good. "You okay?" She asked, moving to the couch now. She sat at the end, making sure to avoid him. He already didn't look well. She didn't want to sit on him and make it any worse.
