She laughed lightly,"Oh cool. Well we're out in the grounds right now, and over there is the main building. That's where all the normal classes are, and attached to it is where the super classes are held. The Recreational Building is where the Library, Gym, and Library are. It's over there next to the super classes building", she said, pointing him in the right directions.

"Hmm. Well that, clarifies a lot of things," he said, scratching the back of his head with a shy smile. "You know, the dining hall sounds great about now. I am quite famished," Ethan stated with a psuedo-eloquent tone.
(gotta restart, brb!)

"We still have time before the dining hall closes lunch. It's real lame during that ... dead period before dinner and after lunch. They only serve fried food, kind of like what they have late at night. It's dangerous," Lyra started to rant about the dining hall experience. She put back in a earphone and started to walk in the direction of the dining hall, checking back over her shoulders if Tari and Ethan were following.
(I'll post in the dining hall)

After dropping his things off in his room, Rhys wandered around the grounds with his hands in his pockets, looking around and at his floating map, trying to get a feel for the school's layout. He was hoping to bump into someone to break up the monotony of the day, but otherwise, he'd probably just go someplace in town.
Having not run into anyone, Rhys decided to grab dinner at the dining hall...

Aaron and Melrose finally made it to the school grounds after what it seemed like forever. On their way to the grounds, they talked about how they got to the school, and Aaron spoke about his previous years at Oceanside. There seemed to be a lot of new transfers at Oceanside, but better to discover your powers sooner than later.
"So, Melrose, now that we are on the grounds of the school, what hall are you in?" Aaron asked Melrose. Maybe they were in the same hall, that would be cool. Or maybe she was in the Houdini Hall, there were a lot of manipulation students. "My room is at the Hercules Hall," Aaron said with a slight shrug.

"Physical Division? No way, me too!" Melrose smiled, surprised the way everything had worked out. Aaron had a ton of knowledge about the school. When was his guy not helpful? Melrose was right from the start. Totally her Superman.
She slowly got the feeling she'd be seeing a lot more of Aaron, what now with the two of them working and practically living together. Funny how things worked out. The question of what he could power possessed was still totally killing her though.
"If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is your gift?" She asked innocently, hoping it wasn't a touchy topic as many others had made it across to be. As if it were a more personal question.

"My power?" A smile was on Aaron's face. Of course Melrose wanted to know. She was full of excitement she was very eager for knowledge about anything, rather it be information on school or people. "I'm rather... strong," Aaron replied modestly. "I'm fairly good at leaping... if that counts as anything," Aaron said. Since they were heading off to the same building, Aaron started to walk in that direction. There was no need for demonstration for his power, it was straight forward. "What about you Melrose? Do you have cleaning powers?" he joked.

Melrose laughed, "I wish." She gave him a playful nudge as they headed back toward their hall.
"No, I um. Well have you ever read the comics about "The Flash". It's basically like that. I'm super speedy." She grinned brightly, pointing down at her sneakers. "But it's not just a physical thing." She then tapped her noggin, "I can do like arithmetic and calculations at abnormal speed. But it's only a math kind of thing."
She grinned wider, it was cool to tell people what she could do. It didn't happen often and it felt cool to do so. "Well, let me go change real quick, and meet down here in ten minutes?" Melrose then headed up to her dorm to switch wardrobe.

Vergil was perched within a tree on the grounds, cocooned in his wings to sleep. He had been there for hours after Toshie, Artemis, and himself all parted tensely. The wings gave a little flutter in the cool night, rustling not only the feather but the leaves as well. The long white hair that became feathers the last few feet spilled from his head moved in the sudden and unexpected breeze, tickling his cheeks like breath against skin. Crimson eyes flicked behind gently shut eyelids in midst of some strange dream.

Finding the tree he slept in not too long ago, Vergil perched himself upon a branch and opened the book in his hands to begin to doodle and draw amateurishly. He sketched a picture of a silly Toshie with her cup of coffee, then one of Mykel making a face, and so on and so forth. The wings on his back were up and spread for balance whilst being mindful of branches and the like or they'd get tangled up in the feathers and that would not be pleasant for himself or Flug. He looked up from the book and put a hand to the tome he had hanging from its straps out of instinct, relaxing when he was sure he was just being paranoid.

Zesend wandered into the grounds, a bored, blank look evident on his face. Noticing the boy sitting in a tree - with wings, no less - Zesend reached for a cigarette, lighting it as he sat down against the tree trunk the other boy was perched in. Glancing upwards, a small cat began to walk lazily up the tree trunk, appearing to defy gravity and even physics themselves. Mildly amused by the illusive cat on its own, Zesend had the cat teleport and float in front of the winged boy, mewling for attention. The cat would disappear when/if the boy attempted to touch it, which typically surprised people even more than a floating cat.

Vergil startled again from his sketchbook, dropping it from the tree along with the pencil and eraser that had been in his grasp. He stared warily at the cat and inched a little closer, long, white hair brushed over his shoulder as crimson eyes searched the little wonder, "Hallo katze... ahre yu lohst..?" He held a hand out slowly to not frighten it.

Zesend took a drag of his contraband cigarette, gazing upward at the cat he had created. All of a sudden, the cat began to shift colors, developing a disturbing grin not unlike the Cheshire Cat. It then shook its head at the boy's question, if it hadn't shocked him quite enough. Zesend then picked up the sketchbook, seeing random pictures of different people. After flipping through a few pages, he set the book down, looking back up at his illusion.

Vergil gave a startled gasp and jumped from the branch away from the disturbing cat. There was no words to describe the surprise, or stupor, that came with witnessing such a foreign and outlandish sight before you. He was now perched a branch lower than the cat to stare up at it with his hand on the tome hanging against his hip. There was a definite want within him desiring to approach the beast again if only to study it but the onyx beads wrapped around his right arm send a wary hissing to his core making the fine hairs on the back of his neck stand.

The cat floated slowly downward, until it was hovering in front of Zesend's face, still grinning maniacally. He looked down to the dropped pencil and eraser, picking them up. He stood and dropped his cigarette, grinding it underneath his shoe. Sharply whistling to get the boy's attention, Zesend held up the dropped objects, cat melting into nothingness as he did so. Normally he wouldn't have been so nice, but he'd had his fun. "Zesend." He said as a brief, obligatory introduction.
