It was real weird for Lyra when people started to use their powers randomly. It was cool, having something physical, something to control. Lyra didn't have that. "Should we go?" Lyra asked Tobias, tugging on his sleeve.

A shiver from the new boy as he shook Tobias' hand. "What do all of you do?" He asked, tilting his blonde head to the right, sparking slightly at the cold air.

Artemis looked at the boy with an intriged look. "Well you dont beat around the bush do you" She said Inhaled as the ground began to shake. She blinked a bit wobbling as she almost fell over. She shook out her head as she looked to Lyra who seemed to want to get away..

Tobias decided that the new boy was talking about their powers. "I can control and manipulate shadows," Tobias replied, giving the new boy a warm smile.

"I can scream really loud and paralyze you, confuse you, or put you to sleep," Lyra said to the new comer, scooting closer to Tobias. Something about meeting new people at night that was weird. "I have... super hearing? If you could say that, that goes along with my power," Lyra replied.

Mykel reached out instinctively to steady Artemis, then scrambled backwards. "You.... shadow?" He asked, incredulous. "No.... I knew one shadow controller...." He said softly, biting his lip and closing his eyes, sparking badly.

Artemis blinked as she felt Mykel help her. "Thanks" She said inhaling. She breathed out deeply and sent an even chillier sent to the air. She listened to Lyra describe her power...She shook her head with a small smirk. "You ok?"S he said looking to Mykel who looked spoked after Tobias spoke of his power.

Lyra blinked when Mykle started to cry- she doubted that whoever he knew who controlled powers- it was nothing like Tobias' shadow control. Everyone thought it would be something different and are in awe when they see in person... not that a lot of people see, but Tobias' shadow controlling was amazing none-the-less. Lyra got lost in the thoughts of Tobias' power, a smile on her face, rather than focusing on the sad emotion... something Lyra was never good at.

"I only knew one shadow controller in my life." He spoke again after a few shaky breaths. "I'd prefer not to talk about it." Standing back up, his sparks had vanished, his eyes were still shut.

Well damn. If it was one cool thing to talk about it was Tobias' power. Lyra made a mental note to not talk about it infront of newcomer- Mykel. Lyra felt awkward silence- maybe it wasn't her. She rolled her thumbs together.

"Are you okay? Are you feeling ill?" Tobias asked Mykel, concerned. "Do you need help?" Tobias felt bad for making the situation weird.

Mykel shook his head quickly, rattling the "voices". "Nope, I'm fine. Just.... bad memory." A shrug. "Anyhow, I control lightning, to be basic about it. There's some kinda cool things I can do with it."

Artemis stayed quiet. She looked around playing with the wind making her hair move out of her face. "Lightening?" She said arching her brow. "I can manipulate air fire and earth" She said shrugging.
