Artemis looked up to Noah with a light shrug. "Just found out some weird news I guess nothing really..and the trip was trieing" Artemis looked as she fiddled with her ring for a bit as she inhaled the nice weather. She was about to say something when she was tackled. She almost freaked not seeing Tari come out of the shadows. It was weird..another hug. "Hey Tari" She said with a nod. "I was back home...I had to go for some uh..news Im back now" She said pressing her lips to a line/

"Oh cool, all the way to England? Damn. Is everything okay?", she asked, releasing Artemis from the tacklehug and standing up straighter.

Noah laughed a bit as he watched the two girls hug. It was a rather violent display of affection to say the least. Artemis called the other girl Tari, and Noah recognized her from around school. He set down the bags and let the pair catch up.

Artemis nodded. "Yeah England" She said looking over to Noah. "You guys remember each other" She said sullenly. She shrugged at the question. "Why...does something look wrong?" Artemis had a different tone to her...something more evil. "Yes IM fine found out some news no big" She sighed. "So..the curfews are up now huh...sucks"

"Yeah I met him while I was near the fountain I think", she replied then shook her head,"Nah, just wondering", she replied, it was strange to go out right when school started but Tari could tell Artemis didn't want to talk about it so she kept quiet.
"Curfews are up and now we have prefects, all we have to do is avoid them. But no going off campus on weekdays", she frowned then took a deep breath and smiled,"You missed a bunch, has he caught you up on the latest school gossip and such?"

Artemis shook her head. "Just someone got killed" She smirked just a bit and looked at the two. "Wanna catch me up in houdini hall?" She asked smiling to Noah using her wind to pick up the bags. "I think I got it...Ill see ya around Noah" She said smiling a bit.

"Mum its...no 'm foine...Cripes." The fourteen year old was terribly embarrassed as his mother fussed over him, straightening his jacket for, what felt like, the millionth time. She brushed fingers through his hair, making him wince. This was only the fifth school he'd transferred to, he knew the routine by now. "Mum c'mon, yer embarrassin' me." he muttered, his accent was quite thick, before moving here his mother had always worked in Australia. They had moved here, mainly, because of his father's reputation. People knew him back home. No one should here. At least that was the hope.
Delilah smiled gently and kissed the top of his head. "Behave yourself, sprog. I don't want even one ring." Agreeing just to get her off his back he gave her an awkward hug and headed away from her. The tips of his ears, as well as most of his face, was red, hoping no one had seen that display. Brown eyes scanned the campus as he lugged his duffel of clothes and things along behind him. Blimey but this place was big. Now, where was he supposed to go?

Artemis decided to just walk around abit...No class no one to hang with..fun times..She couldnt go anywhere she ddnt know that password. "Oi" SHe cried as she entered the parking lot. Artemis was headed for her car as she needed to get something...what is was she didnt know yet. Artemis shrugged the heat "Ugh" the heat was bad. Upon arrivng in the parking lot her brow raised slightly seeing a new bot with his...mother. "A freshie" She spoke aloud. It was fun..how there parents aways made it horrible for them.
Artemis stepped over to him as he seemed to be lost. "Ello" She said pressing her lips to a line. "Are yew new here?" She asked looking him over.

The freshman was startled to suddenly be addressed, and he looked up sharply. Oh, a girl, she had to go to school here, maybe she would help him out a bit? "Uh...yeah, new 'ere...." Bleedin' hell he sounded as nervous as he felt, new schools were always like this for him, in the beginning at least. This one, as far as he knew, would be the same awkward procedure until he got situated. "I'm uh, Lachlan, wot's your name?" Right off friendly, he couldn't help it, it was his nature. Besides, he wouldn't get far being surly and sour.

Artemis immediatley heard the accent. She pressed her lips to a line looking at him. SHe sighed sticking out her hand. "Name is Artemis" She gave him a light smile. Her accent thick as well. (Just to lazy to type it out) "And well have yew gotten a room yet?" SHe asked him.

Lachlan nodded faintly and took a slight step toward her, taking her hand with a smile. "Noice ta meetcha." And it was, it was hard being new, and rather late even if only by a day or two. "I don' think so...I jes' got 'ere though, so maybe?" He released her hand after their handshake, nervously stuffing it in his shorts pocket. Her accent was different than his, so he kinda assumed it was English, which was downright funny when you thought about it.

Artemis nodded taking her hand back as she ran in through her hair."Alrght...well weird asking this..what can ywe do? So know what holl your en?" She asked him as artemis turned to the school. "And ts a pleasure to meet you as well" She nodded her head.

Right to business. Alright, that worked for him. "I can ma'e copies." He managed, and demonstrated by concentrating, and splitting himself in two. "Wot 'all does that place me in?" This was kind of awesome. He didn't have to hide his powers here, which made for less stress. His curiosity got the better of him, but at least he maintained his manners. "Can oi ask wot you can do?"

Artemis watched himself. "Copies...cool"She smiled. at him. "Um..that would put you in...the Physical Hall...So Herc hall" She said levitating the bags he had. "C'mon" She smiled. Soon Artemis stopped and turned to look at him. "What can I do? Lame really" She sighed. She really wasnt fond of her so called gift. "I can manipulate the elements" She said raising up her hands. Soon the air became thin and it was hard to breath ...only for a few moments. "Um air...and fire" She said snapping her fingers and a large ball of fire developled and wrapped around her arm..no ring no real control. "And earth" SHe nodded not showing hm that one.

As soon as she levitated his bags he drew back into himself. "Cripes, really?" The elements, that sounded awesome. Fire, wind and earth, those were some mighty powerful gifts. "Tha' sounds amazin'." As she used her powers, and the air got thin, he brought in a shuddered breath. Then fire. "Blimey, you 'ave alotta control." She had to be an older student, which was a given really, and she seemed pretty nice too.
