He watched them both play around, a warm smirk on his face. He finished his burger and looked up noticing the spark. He shook his head and sighed as he picked up his drink not wanting to get spilled with whatever happened next.

"Hey," she said as Artemis burnt her onion ring. Penny teleported what was left of the ring over Artemis' head, laughing as it fell into her hair.

Artemis smiled as she saw the onion ring burned. She felt hot greese onions in her hair and widened her face. "Oh so not cool Penny" She said shaking it out of her hair. "Thats was messed"S he smiled.

He watched the onion ring fell on her head mumbling “what a waste”. He finished up his drink and looked around at the other two. “Do you two want to hang here for a bit longer, go someplace else or head back up to the school?”

Artemis nodded. "Yeah that sounds good...outside is nice"S he said with a small smile rummaging for money in her pocket for her food.

Once the check came he grabbed it and walked over to the counter where he paid. “Are you two coming and where are we going?” He got his change and went to open the door for them.

She looked up to see the bill was paid. "Thank you" She said walking out. "The pier sounds good to me...I like messing with the beach goers"S he said laughing.

Vergil had wandered into the city in search of sustenance and happened upon Ruby's Diner. It was not the name of the establishment that forced him to pause but the overwhelming scent of fresh food; a beast within him awoke and it needed to dine. He skittered in and was promptly seated at a booth in tucked away corner which he greatly approved of. Lost in his solitude, he looked through the menu quietly.

Mykel slipped into the diner, quiet from all of yesterday's fun. "Morning, Vergil." He mumbled, taking a seat near the boy. "Sorry about.... earlier."

Vergil looked up from the menu mid-flip of the page and let it fall with a soft clacking sound that came from the metal edges that bit down into the corners of the protective cover. "Gut morgen tu yu Mai-khul.. eff et es the kees yu speek ofv, du noht vorry yurself. Vould yu lyke a seet?" He motioned to the empty space before him in the booth for four.
