"I'll help you. Do you need to go to the infirmary?" Tobias asked Artemis, seeing her falter. He wanted to make sure that Artemis was going to be okay. Why would she overexert herself? A simple sparring match shouldn't have gone so far.

Melrose didn't get it. He was always making these getaways. He hated highly-populated places it seemed. There was something odd, yet fascinating about him that Melrose could not understand.
"Yeah." she lowered her voice, finding a calming median, "I'll see you around, I suppose." She waved him off, trying to act suave and seamless like he was so good at.
Melrose looked back over at her friends and the injured girl. She bit her lip, looking back at Siburis and then speed zooming to the others. She popped up behind Lyra, poking her head around to see if everything was all right. But she kept silent, not sure what to say.

Artemis looked up. Her eyes narrowing as they found jamie. "No Ill be fine" She said to Tobias. She nodded to Sam about sib being a good oponent. She pushed off of Tobias as she attempted to walk towards him. "Ill show you timid" She said starting a flame in her hand but stumbling a bit. Her energy was still to low.

Lyra turned her head around and saw Melrose near her. She smiled. "Hi, Melrose!" Lyra exclaimed cheerfully, to get rid of the tense mood that surrounded the sparring room. She felt a buzz in her pocket and took out her cellphone. "Craaap," she groaned, "gotta do my volunteer work at the animal shelter," Lyra said, forgetting everything. "Um, see you guys later, Artemis, feel better!" Lyra exclaimed and she was off.

He chuckled at her as he opened the door to leave the place, taking one last look at Artemis and the person that he was pretty sure was his opponent Jamie. He sent, with his remaining strength, a soothing feeling throughout the room, hoping that it would help Artemis and calm the others. He closed the door behind him quietly.

"Ha, your just a little weakling....No control..." Jamie said smirking as he lifted his arm his hand glowing as he shot and destroyed a dummy that was on the far wall behind Artemis.

Tobias was unsure what to do next as Artemis pushed away from him. He didn't want her getting hurt, but he didn't want to get in her way either. He decided her safety was more important. Placing a hand on her shoulder, he pleaded, "Please, don't hurt yourself if you're out of energy."

Melrose tried to hide how terribly confused and worried she was. Artemis was so powerful too. She had this intimidating orb about her. Melrose watched intently as she attempted to start another flame in her hand. Geez. She's tough. Melrose felt like she should help or offer something. "I could race her over to the infirmary. Maybe?" she offered from behind everyone, "It would only take seconds, literally."

"Yes you should do that, I don't want to fight someone who's weakened to the point they cant even start a flame." Jamie replied to Melrose smiling.

Artemis widened her eyes as she looked to Jamie. "Dont. Call. Me. A. Weakling" She hissed to him inhaling as she stood up. She took hold of a bit of his air as held it away from him with the last bit of her energy. She felt Tobias'' shoulder when she nodded to him still not letting Jamie breath very well. She leaned back on to Tobias breathing hard. "Im going to punch him tobias..please help me out of here" She said.

Breathing harder Jamie glared at Artemis sending out a high-pitched frequency that only she could hear, Much like a dog whistle only customized.

Artemis cringed grabbing her ears letting go of Tobias. She bit her lip hard clenching his ari harder sending a few sparks of fire only to jamie, as she eyes the dor to leave.

"Back off Jamie!" Tobias barked. "There's no need for such a display right now." Tobias moved to help Artemis. "I got you. Easy now," Tobias soothed. He carefully situated Artemis so he could help her walk and began to lead her out of the Practice Room. He held onto her gently. "You're pretty tough," Tobias told her, smiling.
