Vergil startled a little but remembered where he was when he looked around for a second time that morning. When he looked to Mykel, he had to stare at him for a moment before what he said registered, "Ett ess ahlright Mai-khul. Yu tuk- I vhas noht expehkteeng.. I du noht kno ahneemohr."
He was feeling a little lost. That had been his first kiss and as light or sudden as it was, he counted it because Mykel meant it.. or at least it felt like he had. He appreciated however that, to his understanding, he would keep his distance. Mykel was a fantastic friend and he would dislike losing him greatly.

"I took? I took wh.... Oh.... You'd never been kissed, had you?" He asked softly, blushing hard. His own first kiss... Horrible. All teeth and biting on tongues. Silently, he moved away from the other, upset with himself now. "Nice job, Mykel."

Vergil shyly nodded head to confirm the fact and pulled his hand away from Mykel's to twiddle his thumbs and do something with his hands.

Vergil looked up when Mykel's weight shifted on the couch and tried to catch his hand when he moved to leave like he had done for him earlier, "Mai-khul, vhere ahre yu goheeng?" He hoped hadn't done anything to make Mykel want to leave.

"I upset myself, and probably you. I'm going to my room until classes start." He murmured, not looking at the younger.

Vergil kept his hold on him, lips twisting into a half smile, "Klahs dohs noht stahrt uhnteel Mohnday Mai-khul. Komm siht." He tugged him down to take his seat again.

"Vhy ahre yu lohkeeng yurselv en..?" Vergil looked at him now, feeling like this entire thing was backwards. He was looking at him now and he was looking away.

Vergil lightly swatted the back of Mykel's head and stood, understanding now why he was suddenly so sullen. He went to gather the medical supplies on the table and turned back to look at the older boy with a very calm smile, "Ett vhas vehry chaste und svheet. Yu need noht vorry." With those simple, honest words, he went upstairs.

Mykel slipped upstairs, bolting at one point to pass Vergil. "Wings?"

Vergil was paused mid-stairway when Mykel stood suddenly before him; he squeaked and dropped whatever it was he was holding, the roll of bandages falling to the stairs as well as the tape but catching the antiseptic before it could slip. Crouching he got what he dropped and looked up to Mykel, "I fohrgoht yu could du that! Gavf me ah skare. Ja, My-khul?"

Grabbing Vergil's shoulders, Mykel kissed him hard, then, when he decided the boy had had enough, pulled away, and began to walk to his room.

Vergil dropped everything for a second time and froze in Mykel's grip, the entire situation very surreal and unexpected. When he realized however that his personal space was being intruded upon, he tried to push Mykel away and ended up staring after Mykel's retreating back. Shakily, he looked down to where everything was to find it at the foot of the staircase, so he slowly made his way down and picked it all up but waited a few minutes before going to his room and shutting the door.
