"I've seen anime, but not movies," Aaron said. He wasn't much for foreign films. "Animated films are okay, I liked them more when I was little," he replied.

"I've only seen like two movies from an anime", she replied,"Same here, I'm not much of a fan of the sequels of most Disney animated movies", she said.

He held Penelope’s hand in his tenderly as they walked along the sand, their feet kicking the sand around. “It has been a while since I was on the beach.”

Penelope stopped for a moment and took off her shoes, holding them in the hand that wasn't holding Siburis'. "I'm always out here," she told him, "I'm not used to this kind of weather."

He watched her take her shoes off. After a moment he followed suit and took her shoes as well. “So where are you from then?” He asked really wanting to get to know here better.

He smiled “Oh, a Canadian are we? I was raised in Santa Cruz, here in California.” He kicked some and around, watching the little specks soar everywhere. “I find it strange that you would come to the beach though.”

“I see. I know what water does to electricity but what would it do to you?” he asked her half curious half worried.

"Well, it's not that I can't get wet," she said, "Otherwise I'd never be able to shower or drink water. Water only really affects me when I use my power, and depending on how much water it is, or how much electricity I'm using, it can range from a tingling sensation to serious electrocution."

He sighed softly half relieved at what he heard. “Glad to hear you will be fine then.” He looked out at the ocean and led her slightly closer to where the wet/hard sand was. “I did want anything to happen to you if you got wet.”

He looked over at her wondering what time it was. “I should take you back now. It’s starting to get late.” He looked at the ocean for a moment then at her. “It almost comes close to how beautiful you look.” He told her as he turned to start walking back.

Penny laughed, "You're going to run out of compliments very soon," she told him. "No, let's stay for a bit," she said through another yawn.

He smiled as he heard her laugh “As long as you keep being yourself, I doubt that I will.” He touched her face gently wish his hand, rubbing her cheek softly. “We will have other times my dear. Right now rest is what you are going to get.”
