Karaoke Time!

Tobias jumped when Mykel spoke. He hadn't noticed the boy move next to him. "Don't do that!" he scolded Mykel unhappily.

Tobias walked over to Aaron and took a seat.

[Rhys Gerard]

Rhys sat down at a table with Tari's apparent friends. He quickly introduced himself to each of them, shaking their hands.

"Woohoo, karaoke~ I used to always do this with friends in Vegas" he said. "This'll be loads of fun" nudging Mykel

[Mykel Rahs]

Mykel nodded quietly. "I might. Depends on what they have." He said, curling up next to Tari. He laughed a little as Rhys nudged him. "What, can you sing?"

[Aaron Murphy]

"Nice to meet all of you, I'm Aaron," Aaron introduced himself to the people he never met before and waved his hand. Aaron looked over at Tobias. He seemed rather... off, "you alright?" Aaron asked him.

[Ethan Hawke]

He waved to the Aaron kid and looked to Tari. "This would be breaking my karaoke!virginity here, haha," Ethan said, answering Tari's question.

"So who goes first?"

[Lyra ♫♪ Calnote]

"Hi Tobias!" Lyra cheerfully waved to her friend then shook Rhys' hand, "nice to meet you," she said, "I'm Lyra," she introduced and her eyes lit up at the mention of Rhys' location. "Vegas, huh? I'm from there too!" Lyra exclaimed and her head motioned to Tobias, "he's from Vegas as well."

"I normally go first," Lyra said to Ethan, "since nobody wants to most of the time. But I don't mind, I love karaoke and singing! It''s so much fun!" she giggled like a school girl.

Tobias lazily waved a hand. He didn't feel like introducing himself properly. He merely nodded towards Aaron before he looked over at Lyra.

[Nefertari Adel]

"Oh, awesome!", she laughed at Ethan's way of putting it,"I still don't know if I'm going to sing so yeah. Do either of you want to go first?", she asked Mykel and Rhys, then turned to Lyra,"Or do you?"

[Mykel Rahs]

Mykel curled tighter, knees to his chest. "I'll go later." He murmured, watching the lights, and stage, taking it all in.

[Nefertari Adel]

She watched as Mykel curled up,"Okay cool, are you feeling okay?", she asked, he seemed a bit off. She wondered if something had happened when he had went to talk to Tobias.

[Aaron Murphy]

Aaron looked at Tobias. Apparently he didn't want to talk about it, or there was nothing wrong. "I'll sing, but I wont go first," Aaron shook his head. He wasn't the one for singing. Karaoke didn't take talent but he didn't want to ruin the whole night by going first. He knew what song to sing. But did people still like Green Day?

[Mykel Rahs]

"I'm.... I'm fine." He said, swallowing. "Little nervous is all. I've never sung for people, besides Tryst.... and Jesse, my ex."

[Nefertari Adel]

"You could use that one trick for public speaking, the imagine everyone in their boxers one. Though how that helps I don't know", she suggested laughing,"Anyways, don't be nervous. No one's going to be mean or anything."

[Lyra ♫♪ Calnote]

Lyra looked over to TK and frowned. She made a heart with her hands and her frown turned upside down into a smile. The poor boy, she knew something was up. If Lyra could, she would sing that would cause Tobias to be happy, and then no more worries! Lyra turned to Ethan, "Ethan!" Lyra grinned, "care to do a duet?" Lyra asked, "I'm a good person to do karaoke with, not to brag. Maybe it will turn your bad karaoke experience into a good one."

"Wait wha? I can't possibly go up first. Especially with a vocally-powerful girl like you!" Ethan said astonished that she'd want to do a duet with him.
