Rhys smiled as he returned to his seat with Mykel. Singing was really fun and he enthusiastically agreed with Myke about how fun it was and gladly accepted everyone's compliments.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Mykel kissed him on the cheek. Rhys gave him a surprised look, then playfully smiled and laughed. In the height of the fun, though, he didn't mind. Though there was a lot of mental noise everywhere, he heard someone's thoughts about "dating" but he didn't pay much mind to it; everyone was having fun.
He'd pick apart everyone's memory about it later when it was more quiet.
Now he wondered who was up next...

She turned to Aaron,"Do you want to sing next or should I?", she asked, then was a bit surprised Mykel. She laughed lightly, he was just kissing everyone today wasn't he.

Aaron shook his head, "no, you can sing next," Aaron said to Tari, insisting she went first. Karoke wasn't Aaron's strong subject.

"Nice job you too, good song pick," Lyra said to Mykle and Rhys, clapping for them once again they sat down in their seats.

Tari bit her lips and stood up, walking up to the stage,"Hey, I'm Tari", she smiled, her eyes adjusting to the bright lights,"I'm going to sing 'Some Crap about the Furniture' by Playradioplay!",she said. The music started and she began singing, starting out soft,"You were the best thing summer gave me. Better than silence and no school, no curfew and no rules", she sang, the music building up,"I was the last thing you expected.To become part of your life, to become part of your life."

Mykel turned to Rhys, hugging him. "Dude, you are amazing." He laughed, almost high on the atmosphere in the room. "I'm still shaking, look!"

The song slowed down again,"And I have nothing to say about this, I love you and I'll stay if you want it. If you let me I will go, and if you let me I will go", she sang the music faded for a second,"You were the best thing summer gave me", she said, and the music started playing again.

The last verse came up and Tari smiled,"So sing this song. While you drive home baby, you drive home baby. I will sing along, from another country, another country. Oh no...", she sang and the music stopped. She bowed quickly with a grin and headed back to the table.

"Yeah, that was really exciting!" he said as Mykel hugged him.
He then turned his attention to Tari as she got up on stage to sing. She sings really nicely... he thought to himself. As she finished and went back to her seat, he clapped with everyone else and complimented her singing.

Mykel cheered loudly as Tari hopped down. "Good job!" He grinned, hugging her tight.

She laughed as she felt herself be crushed by Mykel's hug,"Thanks!", she said, hugging him back. She sat down and accepted everyone's compliments, and unscrewed the cap of her water bottle.

Aaron clapped for Tari, "good job, Tari," Aaron said. "I guess that leaves me next..." Aaron said. His stomach felt uneasy. Maybe Lyra would want to sing again. "Lyra, did you want to sing again?" Aaron asked. She seemed like the girl who always had something to sing. He did not want to sing.

"Good choice Tari!" Lyra exclaimed, she was surprised that this place had PlayRadioPlay. They seemed pretty... underground? She was unsure. Lyra wasn't the biggest PlayRadioPlay fan. Aaron then asked Lyra if she wanted to sing. Lyra thinned her lips, about to burst with excitement. "I'll sing if you don't want to! Although my song is a downer," Lyra said. She just had to get a song out of her system. Just had to.

Tari smiled at Aaron,"Thanks, you're going next right?",she asked, encouraginly. Feeling it vibrate, Tari took out her phone and touched the screen. She opened up the message and her eyebrows shot up. She smiled at Lyra,"Thanks!"
