Nefertari used her time manipulation to slow down time and get behind Penelope, her fingers hovering over two pressure points. She sped it up again and whispered in Penelope's ear,"I think it's you who needs to watch themselves. Now Nelly, I'm hungry, so I'm off to the dining hall. It was an absolute horror seeing you again", she said smiling brightly and moving for the door.

"And you," Penelope said to Nefertari as she left. She went back to her unpacking. She could burn Nefertari's clothes or ruin her electronics, but she figured she should wait until after her first day to sabotage her.

Nefertari came back in after her run to go take a quick shower, she came back her hair completely dry, she didn't take any risks when it came to Penelope. She put all her electronic possessions inside a drawer that had a charging pad and locked it, Tari picked out her outfit for the next day and set it up inside the wardrobe, locking it as well. After all her important items were locked away she went to change.

Penelope sat on her bed and watched as Nefertari 'Penelope-proofed' her belongings. She couldn't help but chuckle to herself. If Nefertari thought that merely putting away a few of her things was going to stop Penelope from hurting her, she was seriously mistaken.
As Nefertari changed, Penelope called out to her, "You know, no matter what you do to yourself, you will never look half-decent."

She sighed when she finished putting away her things, they'd be destroyed by the end of the school year she was sure of it. When Penelope called out to her, Nefertari mentally flinched, though her mind was screaming,I know!, she finished changing into her tank top and black silk pajamas with an indifferent expression on her face. She looked back at Penelope,"Well at least I'll never look as bad as you", she said, with a mockingly sympathetic look on her face.

"You couldn't even attempt to look as badass as I do," Penelope said, turning Nefertari's statement around, "And I really don't want to even see you try." Penelope knew how easy it was to make Nefertari self-conscious about herself, so that was Penelope's main target point.

She rolled her eyes,"Badass? Please Blondie, as tough and evil as you may be on the inside", she gave her a once-over,"You look like the poster child of American Girl on the outside", she stated with a sneer. Nefertari had been forced to attend therapy during the summer so she was better at keeping up appearances, though she wasn't showing it, she was dying with every comment Penelope said.

"At least I don't look like some Hungarian Horntail," Penelope said, scoffing. Penelope got up and began unpacking the last of her belongings; the rest of her clothes and books, a world map on the wall, and curtains on the windows. "You should really work on... well, everything," she said, gesturing to Nefertari.

She laughed,"Hungarian Horntail? What is this, Hogwarts?", she shook her head and got out her box of books, setting them up. Ironically enough, the Harry Potter series was at the top. She scanned her side of the room and went over a check list: Posters? Check. Books? Check. CDs, iPod, Stereo, etc? Check. Black curtains? Check. When she finished and realized she had everythingshe sat back down on her bed, smoothing out the wrinkles on the soft, electric blue covers. "Thanks for your advice, you can take it and shove it up your-", Tari was cut off by the warning bell for curfew.

"Shove it up my roommate's ass? Yeah, I was planning on it, but there's a big stick in the way," Penelope said, laughing. She changed into her pajama's since there was nothing to do just yet after curfew. She sighed and frowned to herself when she realized that she'd probably be stuck with this girl for the rest of the year.

She rolled her eyes and wondered when some other people would arrive. If it was just her and Penelope, they'd end up killing each other. She sat down at her desk and ran a brush through her hair for lack of anything else to do. She smiled when she got an idea, she set up a couple glasses and sat down at her desk again, she used her water manipulation to make it move around, from glass to glass, in a spiraling motion. It wasn't touching Penelope in any way, but it'd annoy her.

"Must you do that?" Penelope asked, annoyed at Nefertari. The water was making her uncomfortable. If Nefertari went any further, she would get a bolt of electricity to the head, for sure.

She smiled sweetly,"Of course, there's nothing else to do", she was careful not to have it go near Penelope though, she didn't want to actually hurt her.

"Why don't you go jump off the tower?" Penelope suggested. "That'll get all your energy out." Nefertari's sweet tone was growing on Penelope's nerves more and more. She would kill the girl by morning.

"But Nelly, it's after curfew", she replied,"You don't want me to get in trouble, do you?", she asked, wondering how long she'd be able to keep talking in that sweet tone. It was starting to get on her own nerves.
