"Phew the staris are a work out" Jasper commented to himself as he made it to the top of the tower. His blond hair covering half of his face. un zipping his jacket he looked around not noticing anyone up here with him.
"Well its not that great of a view" He commented looking to the sky. A sigh was hear as he thought he heard a ruckus somewhere in the main building. Earlier he saw stretchers to in infirmary. Shrugging the thought he finally noticed Vergil.

James had discovered the tower a few days ago, and had deemed it a good spot to smoke and not get caught. He'd gone up only a few times, and there hadn't been anyone there. So he was a little surprised to see someone on the ledge. He lit his cigarette slowly, breathing in, and exhaling out, a cloud of smoke. "Little dangerous on that ledge." He managed, leaning against the wall nearby.

Vergil's wings gave a little stretch but he quickly wrapped them around himself again. It was getting colder and here he was in a shirt and without shoes, fluffing up like some bird. He ended up wrapping his arms around himself as well as he continued his quiet existence, lost in thoughts.
James' words snapped him out of his haze and he looked around and finally took notice to two new energies, "Uhm.. hallo, und ja, I suhpose ett ess a leetle."

Jasper quickly saw feathers then say another kid lit up. "Oh god Its a giantt bird! Get it away!" He called stepping over the railing. Birds sort od frightened him. And now dear lord Big bird was after him. Jasper looked down seeing it was just a kid. "Shit your a student! Yor will kill someone just laying like that" He yelled slowly stepping back over.
Jasper nodded to the Jamie kid. "Yeah your right...I like danger" He said with a smirk.

The beads on his right arm constricted discreetly and hissed in his core, Vergil standing from his cross-legged position to back away and almost hiss at the boy who so childishly came at him verbally, frightened. His feathers were more-so ruffled now so he maintained his standing position and tried to groom the wings while muttering to himself in German.

Raising an eyebrow, kind of unclear what it was Vergil had said, he shrugged his shoulders in an uncaring manner. His eyes then roved to the other...kid. What the heck was wrong with him? "I don't think I was talking to you." Really he shouldn't have said anything to either of them. He hadn't come up here to be social after all.

Vergil perched himself on a corner now, wary of the newcomers. One didn't like things with wings and the other was very obviously standoffish- the classic loner, if you will. He quietly cleared his throat and wrapped his wings around himself in a cocooning fashion to peek out of the feathers and continue to observe the sky in peace.

Jasper heard the kid and shrugged. He didnt care. Not caring in the first place if someone was up here he wanted to see more of the school. "You should be more specific then" Rolling his eyes he looked to the person with wings. "that is still freaky,what can you do?"

"If you'd have paid any attention, you woulda known." James said, snorting derisively. Honestly he didn't care either way. He took another drag on his cigarette, eyes on the night sky so as to ignore the other two, not wanting to end up in a fight. As much as he was a lone wolf, he wasn't into the whole 'hurting people' bit.

What the hell did he just say? I I know know but dont think I liked it Frowning he turned away. "Ok so the school is not very sociable...duley noted" Jasper took hold of the bar that was keeping him up as he swung over sitting as he dangled his legs.
"Well yeesh sorry for trying to make small talk now I know never join a frat"

Vergil sighed and stood again, facing Jasper from the ledge with his wings spread and arms tucked into one another in a defensive manner, "I ahpologize buht I du noht take vhell tu be-eeng kahlled ah 'giant burd' und then shooed lyke vohn. Eff yu haff found yursehlf ohffended, then yu ahre tu blame."

Jasper nodded. "Yeah I did shoo you huh" It took Jasper a few minutes to understand what the hell he was saying. He got the just of it. "Just uh...feathers birds kinda freak me out I didnt know you were a student" he said digging his hands in his pockets looking to the sky. His eyes drifted to the other guy. I suck at making friends "My bad man" He said to Vergil.

Vergil's tense and offended pose relaxed marginally and he heaved a bit of a sigh though it was cut off when he shut his parted lips to lick them moist, having dried. Making a mental note to carry his chapstick, he nodded, "..Ett ess ohkay... I may haff been a leetle tu deefehkult. I ahm sohrry."
