Derek noticed a girl waving at him in the crowd. It was Daphne. Crap. Derek bit his lip as he pondered what to do. Should he go up to her, should he talk about what they did two nights ago- wait, more like what he did. He waved, and took a deep breath. He dove in last time, so he might as well this time. He made his way over to Daphne making sure he didn't interrupt the people watching the movie.
Soon enough, he saw her, and awkwardly said, "Um.. hi."

"Hm? What? Why are you sorry?" Lyra blinked rapidly, looking at Artemis, shaking her head slightly. She took Artemis' bag, taking the fiddling as a refill. With out thinking, Lyra refilled Artemis' bag and gave Artemis back the bag. She could feel her hands sweat and worried her heart was going to explode.

"Oh um well I ort of um" Artemis fumbled for words. "No idea but thanks" She said taking the popcorn. "Not burnt" She said trying to smile to get rid of the awkwardness. "Have any water?" She asked poking her head in the small both.

"Er yeah," Lyra was supposed to charge a dollar for water but she was still feeling dizzy and shaky from the shock question. She went to the cooler for a water bottle and handed it to Artemis. "Um," Lyra swallowed, "so I heard you are going to homecoming with TK?"

Daphne smiled slightly. She fidgeted again. "Hi," She started, looking away from him for a moment then back. This was weird and uncomfortable. She hadn't even gotten the chance to say anything to him the other night. He just... left. Without an explanation. She wasn't really sure what to say to him. Maybe waving had been a bad idea. "You can sit, if you want."

Artemis smiled as she was about to try and juggle water her wallet and popcorn in her hand but saw Lyra didnt charge her. Sweet. Looking around she smiled opening her bottle and taking a small drink from it. Inhaling she coughed a bit bringing Tk up again. "Hmm? Oh yeah randomly yes he asked" She said with a light smile. It was really random. They were going just as friends and it would be fun.

Derek breathed in. Quickly looking around, and not seeing any other places, he sat down next to Daphne. He tried to look at her, but he couldn't. It just was too awkward. C'mon Derek. You face off against thugs and super villains, but you can't face a girl? He forced his neck to turn his head toward her, and sucked in a breath. "About last time... Um... I... I'm sorry for leaving you like that. I just didn't know what to do, and but I know what I felt and... yeah," he blurted.

Feeling a bit out of place, he got himself some snacks and walked around a bit popping a piece of popcorn in his mouth with a smile. He loved eating and this snack was just great and tasty. Of course there was three other things in his hand besides a bottle of water to chug it all down. Dean continued walking until finding a nice seat to watch the movie whenever it will play, enjoying himself and try to figure out if this movie will be great to even watch 'Action? Horror?..If it is a chick flick I'm gone' he mused and munched on goodies. Sure he was by himself, he was kind of used to it but normally it didn't bother him very much. Hell, not if he has snacks.

Daphne smiled slightly, her eyes shifted to the screen once he sat down. When he started talking she looked to him. "It's okay... it... wasn't bad, or anything. Just... sudden," She explained. She was trying to make sense of it. It just wasn't as easy as she was hoping. "What... were you feeling though? Just a sudden urge to kiss me?" She chuckled lightly, trying to lighten the mood. She hated awkward situations.

Artemis blew out her cheeks with air as she sort of stood there. Letting lyra go get more popcorn to pop she waved to her. "Ill...be back" Artemis said with a smile. Making a face she wandered back looking for a place to sit. Seeing a unfamiliar face sitting alone Artemis looked around, looking to see if he had others with him but they were coming. After a few moments she saw no one. "Okay" She said holding onto her water and her popcorn. "Enjoying the movie?" She asked the boy. aher English accent thick as she spoke to him.

Derek leaned back on his hands, and half-shrugged. "I'm not sure what I'm feeling. I wasn't really thinking, more just doing. It felt right to me, and I guess, there's something about you. You affect me." He tried to smile at her, but he kind of failed. He didn't know what to do now.

Dean twisted his head around and eyed the girl up and down in a blink, a crooked smirk making onto his face, "I would if it started anytime soon.... Well depending if it's not a red-eye sob story..." he stated smoothly, his voice sounding slightly deep but rolling off of each word as he popped another popcorn in his mouth. Truthfully the English accent of hers got him by surprised, she did have the looks for it though. "And Ma'am...." he said slowly, trying to whisk up some kind of charm and a head shake motioning towards the screen, "What are you here to see? Don't tell me lovey-dovey stuff." Dean joked with a sincere smile now.

Artemis smiled at him once he started speaking. Looking to the screen that had actually just began to start crouched down a bit. It was chilly out. "Oi I hope its not sore eye movie" She said smirking. Looking back to him then the screen she fumbled with her popcorn and drinks as she kept her balance. "Oh no, Im here to see the action gore or something that will scare the crap outta me" She giggled a bit. Inhaling Artemis looked around her for a place to sit or set her things down. "Im Artemis, Artemis Cunningham. Manip Hall" She said with a smile. "Id shake your hand, but none are free" Missy gave him a light smile.

"I affect you... I'm not sure if that's good or bad," Daphne started, she half smiled. "I guess that's good. Considering, but it could go either way." She fidgeted, looking away from him and tilting her head back. She started up at the sky, trying to clear her head and think. There was too much going on up there.

He sighed as she tilted away. Derek was about to touch her shoulder, when his phone vibrated. Drawing his hand back, he picked up his phone. It was Olivia. Come now. "Shit," he muttered, and got up. Looking back at Daphne he said, "Sorry, but I have to go. Just think about what happened, and if you want it to go anywhere tell me." Derek then flew off, speeding towards the dorms.
