"Uh, yeah," Lyra opened the door to the popcorn and scooped out a bag for Artemis, "butter or no butter?" Lyra asked Artemis, "oh it will be two dollars," she added. StuCo had to raise money somehow for the events... at least they got a free refill with it. Lyra could probably sneak some more refils too.

Pressing her lips to a line she chewed on her lip. "Im gonna be a fat ass tonight lets go with Butter" She said actually smiling to her. Pulling out her wallet from the back of her pants she pulled out two one's and handed them to her. "Thank ye kindly" She said taking the bag. "So is uh...being is StuCo fun?" She asked.

"Haha, it's like, fat-free butter or something so don't get too excited," Lyra said to Artemis and pushed down the butter lever and butter poured out, coating the popcorn with butter. Lyra shook the popcorn bag so it could spread. Taking the money from Artemis, she traded her for the popcorn. "I do like being in StuCo," Lyra smiled at Artemis. "I take a lot of pride in it because I do care about the school. I want it to be more fun for the students so trying to come up with ideas and promoting activities is pretty cool. Are you thinking about joining?"

Popping a kernal into her mouth she frowned. She liked the fatty butter if there was a fatty butter. She shrugged at the thought. "Well eh your doing a good job at it so far" She tried to compliment her. Being nice was kind of difficult,but she wanted to do it.
"Me? Try out for Student council?" She asked popping a few more pieces in her mouth. "Oh no i dont think Id be to good in there" She said letting out a small laugh. "Ill leave it up to you guys"

Lyra let out a small laugh, "well, it's not that hard to make popcorn. I've done it a couple of times with this machine," Lyra said. She looked at the old popcorn machine, remembering all the times she was afraid to use it. To be honest, she still was. Lyra did not want to make burnt popcorn. "Oh c'mon!" Lyra shrugged, "there's no hurt in applying, besides, you don't need to hold a position, you could just be a regular member."

"Meh" She said with a smile. Artemis inhaled shrugging lightly. "Ill think about Mk?" She said smiling to Lyra. "So did you and ethan do anything...special for his birthday?" She said giggling a bit.

"His Mom came to visit him today so I think they are out at dinner. I didn't give him his present yet because he said he wanted to wait," Lyra said, feeling uneasy about what she got him. Lyra was worried he wouldn't like it. She eyed her bag with his gift inside, what if Ethan already had it? "We had breakfast this morning so that was good!"

Artemis smiled as she spoke about Ethan. Her face lit up. Nodding she stopped. Were they really talking? Like normal people? It was...nice? "Well...Im sure he will love what ever you got him" She said pushing lightly on her shoulder. "And breakfast! Oh lala that must have been fun" She giggled. She got quiet as the movies was already starting,

"I know he will but it's still nice if he really likes it," Lyra scrunched her eyes and flashed a cheesy smile, she didn't know why she had this facial expression, maybe to hide her worries. Lyra served more popcorn before going back to Artemis. "Eh, it's nothing special. Just school breakfast," another light laugh, "but hey, I woke up early for him, then again, I woke him up early to tell him happy birthday, so fair trade-off."

Quietly sneaking in while the movie was starting, Derek stretched as he got out. After being so busy with homework and life the past few days, he really wanted to relax. And get a massage. Yeah, a massage would be really good right now. But a movie would have to suffice until then. He approached the crowd, and kinda gazed over at the watchers, but stayed back not sure what do.

Artemis munched on her popcorn as Lyra went back and forth. Almost gaging at the face lyra made she smiled. "Nice" She commented. "Well hey, You started his day off that must be like a great birthday gift in its self" She said with a smile. Shrugging Artemis looked to her empty popcorn bag. "You and Ethan are cute together. I really thought it was gonna be you and Tobias honestly" She said smiling sarcastically.

"Artemis that's really nice of you," Lyra blushed when Artemis complimented her on her relationship with Ethan. It was always great to hear compliments about being cute with someone. She scooped up another bag of popcorn and was about to serve it until Artemis finished her sentence. I really thought it was gonna be you and Tobias honestly Lyra dropped the popcorn bag, popcorn scattering across the ground. She felt her stomach get uneasy and her face went red. All of a sudden she remembered the kiss with Tobias and how he never made a move after that and then she dated Ethan and she remembered Derek's comment about sexual tension between them and all of those thoughts flashed through Lyra's mind. Her throat was dry and had nothing to day. Breathing fast, she scooped a new bag of popcorn and gave it to the student, "it's uh, free," Lyra searched for words, "Sorry about dropping it."

When the movie started Daphne sat up, sitting Indian style she looked around. She skimmed through the crowds, her eyes shifting back to Derek. So he had made it. Though he didn't seem to see her yet. Should she say something? Or just avoid the whole awkward situation all together? She fidgeted slightly, looking away for a moment, then back to him.
She smiled, waving slightly. Whether he would see her or not was to be seen. But it was better to face the situation than put it off. He, after all, had been the one who kissed her.

Artemis smiled happily that Lyra and her were getting along. Soon when she dropped the bag Artemis made a face. Did I say something? She thought to herself. "Lyra? Are you ok?" She asked looking at her handing out free popcorn. Looking back to the student who happily walked away she looked to Lyra. "Um..er sorry if I uh..." She looked around not knowing what to say. "Uh..sorry?" she said fiddling with her bag.

Where he was heading he had no clue except that a some kind of 'great' movie was going to play on the school's ground. He didn't bring much anything with him except for his jacket and some money just in case if he was hungry...Scratch that. He was always hungry in general. Smokey vapor floated in a long stream across many hallways and in the air heading towards his destination without binds. Knowing his powers became a gift because of all the oh so 'wonderful' things he can do like appearing in the girls locker room? Ah, what joy. Every once in awhile it was fun, but it became easier to travel than walking or like that and just became some kind of smoke or gas. Dean materialized once reaching the area with a broad smirk and wondered what he should get before going in? Popcorn? Nanchos? The entire stall? He arched an eyebrow and tugged at his jacket around his neck before walking around curious.
