Vergil smiled to her and unwrapped his long scarf to wrap it around her neck. He could stand the cold a lot better than she could probably, she was tiny.
"Heer..." he finished wrapping it and adjusted the leftover to even out the length, "Yu luk ahs eff yu ahre freezheeng, Fräulein Mahkeenahmi."

She blew air into her hands, futilely trying to get them warm. "Ah, domo.." she said, not feeling the urge to be very formal at the moment. Toshie fastened the scarf more effectively and felt a bit bitter. "So what do yuu want to duu?" she asked, looking up at Vergil with big eyes.

Vergil put his hands in his pocket and looked around the pier quietly, then back to Toshie after a bit of thought, "Vould yu lyke tu goh valkeeng? Mohfeeng vould halp varm us gratelee." He linked arms with her to not lose her should they have to pass through a group of people, "Ahre yu ahgreabhul?"

"Walking sounds nice," she said, clinging a bit to Vergil so that she wouldn't get loose from him, "Just lead the wae." Toshie smiled up at Vergil shyly and then looked forward once more.

Vergil returned her smile and they left the pier to wander the city awake; he made sure to keep a firm hold on her as they spoke softly to one another. He commented on the sky and how it looked like rain as they disappeared from the pier completely.

Artemis made her way to the pier alongside Nick. They had a nice conversation. Nick was fun to be around..Not to mention he was kind of cute. She shook her head at the thought looking up to him. "Its nice down here"

She turned to look at him. "Pessimistic much?" She pushed him lightly. The wind was cool and you could smell the water. She looked to him with a small smile.

Artemis looked up to Nick. "Well...Im glad"S he said looking away from him blushing. "I like you to" She smiled sheepishly as they came up on a few carnival games.
