The ground rushed towards Penelope and she stumbled but caught herself. She looked to Peter on her right to see how he was doing. "You okay?" she asked him. Teleporting was tough on her, and she assumed that it was even worse for someone that she was pulling along.

Peter had not been expecting, as Penelope may have been, that the ground would come so soon, and he landed hard on his feet, a sharp pain running through them and up his legs. He took a deep breath and then exhaled, saying, "Yeah, I'm fine," as he did. "That was," he paused, "interesting, to say the least. Can you also feel the world revolving, or is that just me?" he asked her, chuckling a bit.
They were standing outside of a store with a bright red sign saying 'Ralph's Grocery'. It looked like any old, run of the mill grocery store, and Peter assumed that it was one of the only ones in town. "Shall we?" he asked Penelope, holding his arm out towards the glass doors.

Penelope winced with empathy when Peter hit the ground, knowing all to well the stinging pain that comes from not bending your knees. "That's just you," Penelope said, smiling. "I probably should have warned you to bend your knees," she said. "Well, um, now you know for next time, right?"
"We shall," she said, walking towards the florescent-lit grocery store. The automatic doors opened for them, and Penelope looked around. She always felt a bit overwhelmed in stores like this. Granted, the isles helped to keep things organized, but she couldn't help but feel very small. "Okay, so a bonfire," she said, thinking out loud. "S'mores are a must, right? What else?"

Peter laughed a little, the stinging in his knees abiding slightly. He was not looking forward to the trip back to the beach, though perhaps landing in sand would be slightly better than the hard pavement that covered the grocery store's parking lot. "Right," Peter agreed.
As they entered the store, Peter grabbed a small plastic basket, opting for that instead of a cart. "Yes, definitely S'mores," Peter said, placing a bag of marshmellows, chocolate, and graham crackers in the basket. He scanned the shelves quickly. "Hot dogs?" he suggested, trying to think of what people in movies had at bonfires, as he had never been to one himself.

"Yeah, hot dogs'll be great. And then just general snack food?" Penny asked, reaching for a bag of chips. They continued to walk around the store, grabbing things that they thought would be good for a bonfire. After about fifteen minutes, Penelope said, "I think that's good. Shall we go pay and then head back?"
