Tobias looked over his shoulder as Lyra tapped him. He gave her a confused look before turning back to Mel.
"Yeah it looks nice," he told her, sheepishly. What a dumb comment he thought to himself. "So, what have you done today?" he asked her, hoping to make conversation. As the ground trembled, Tobias moved forward to steady Melrose to make sure she didn't fall. "Are you okay?"

Tari got out of the water and dried herself off,"What's up, loner?", she asked in a joking tone sitting next to Artemis. She rested back on her palms and enjoyed the feel of the sun.

Artemis sat up looking to Tari. "Today is my antisocial day" She joked looking to the crowd. "And they look like there having fun..I dont want to kill it"S he said making a face. "So how was your swim?" She asked looking at Tari.

She laughed,"Well, I'm forcing you to be social. My swim was nice, being near water is awesome. It's probably the same with you and fire", she replied,"Anyways, what happened last night?", she asked, with a mischievous grin.

She raised a brow slightly. "Yeah..me and fire are pretty great together...feels right"S he shrugged messing with her finger with her ring. "MY RING" She said panicking. She stood up looking on the sand. "ONG OMG OMG" She said running in cirlcles. I need that ring TARI!" She yelled. Artemis was panicing..no ring..bad powers.

Tobias saw Artemis freaking out and decided to see if she needed help. "Artemis, what's wrong?" he asked her, watching her panic.

Her eyes widened as Artemis started freaking out,"Did you have if after you got out of the water?", she asked, trying to get hr to calm down and backtrace her steps.

Artemis looked to tobias showing her her hands. She then looked to Tair. "I had it on..I ALWAYS have it on...Its either in the sand or..." She inhaled looking in the ocean. "In the water" She said shaking her head. She snapped her fingers and her entire arm became engulfed in her flame. No one knew why she had on a ring...But now she paniced. "Oh god.." She said trying to make the flame smaller. When she tried it vanished. "I have to find that"

"Please don't tell you me that you lose control of your powers if you lose that ring," Tobias blurted out upon seeing Artemis's arm turn into flames. His eyes grew wide and he immediately began to look frantically in the sand.

Tari's eyes widened when Artemis's arms burst into flames,"Okay, okay, um. I'll check out the water. You get the shore and I guess Tobias got the sand", she said, running into the water and moving the water around, grabbing anything solid. She got a bunch of kelp and some glass, no ring yet. She continued to search.

Artemis inhaled looking to tobias. "Um...yeah" SHe said not wanting to admit it. "Why do you think I ALWAYS wear it..I like it? Have you seen it? That thing is ugly" She said turning to Tari. "Thank you" She said walking over to where the things were when she stopped. She heard a girl a little younger then her pop out of the water and yell to her friend she found a ring. Her eyes widened as she narrowed her eyes. She was going to get that ring back...but if her powers went loopy..she could hurt the girl.

Tobias looked at the girl who had found a ring. He looked at Artemis. He looked at Tari. "This is bad," he hissed.

Hearing a girl shout she found a ring, she got out of the water and hurried towards the girl, she looked at Artemis to tell her to stay back, she didn't want her bursting into flames and lighting people on fire. She walked over to the girl and leaned down,"Hey, it seems like you found my friend's ring. Could you give it back to us?", she asked in friendly tone, praying this kid wouldn't be bratty. Her prayers weren't answered,"Why should I?", the girl asked in a snarky tone, Tari sighed and fixed her gaze on the girl.
"Because it's not yours", she said, that obviously wouldn't work on her, she looked at the shirtless Tobias and an idea struck her,"He'll give you a hug or kiss on the cheek if you do", she bribed the girl.

Artemis inhaled looking to Ethan. "My ring" She said walking over to the girl with a crazed ball of fire in her hand. People on the beach turned and looked at her. She narrowed her eyes as she walked over to the girl looking...evil. She didnt listen to Tari telling her to stay back..not when it came to her powers. No way...she would have to be held back or yeled at.
