Tari loves to have a good time and is always up for a party. She has always been rather rebellious which has caused her to get into trouble throughout her years at Oceanside. Though she does love using her powers, she is really against using them conspicuously in public. Though she resents this whole hero vs villain mindset, she would probably identify herself as a hero.
