The Residential building looks like a squared 'U' shape, where each side (left, bottom, right) is designated to one of the three types of powers (Physical, Manipulation, Mental, respectively). Each side is detached from the others, and each side is three stories high. The first floor is a hang out/ study area. There are couches and large study tables, televisions, and a kitchen area. The second and third floors are where the dorm rooms are. Rooms can be single-sex or co-ed (co-ed rooms are random). There are two bathrooms on each floor (one for girls, one for guys). Students from other Houses are allowed in a different Houses hall from 6 am to 9pm.
There are 2-3 people in each room. Freshman must room with other freshman
