Division Points
Division points are a way to promote good Roleplaying. There's really nothing else that they could do. It might not work, but we're going to try it out.
At the end of a 'term' (dates to be determined) the number of points in each division will be divided by the number of characters in that division, and the winning division will get some sort of reward (TBD).

The Point System
New characters : 10 points to the division where a new characters signs up
Recruiting: 20 points to recruiter. The new member and the recruiter should message Emily or Maryam. By member we mean new person, not someone with other active characters.
Posts:
10 points for the first 100 posts
15 points for the first 500 posts
20 points for every 1000 posts.

Staff members can take points away as they see fit.
Awards:
20 points to the character in the member spotlight
10 points to each character in the thread spotlight
5 points to each character in any other spotlight (couple, friends, enemies, etc.)
