Tari walked in refeshed from her walk and got ready to train. She had gotten a lot better with her powers, she had been using them a lot more often recently. She'd have to avoid using air too much, water and time would be more useful in this fight. She turned on two machines this time and waited for them to start. For the next two and a half hours she dodged, ran, and hit the machine. When she felt like her powers getting weaker she decided to wrap it up, she stored up a lot of energy, slowing down time, and used her water manipulation to coil around the machine, stopping it's fire attack and used air to compress the machine until it 'lost consciousness'. The machines came in handy for fight simulations but she wasn't sure if that'd be enough practice, she was starting to get really nervous. She slid down on the floor exhausted and drank some water.

After feeling stronger, Tari got up and exited the practice room. She'd probably come back later but for now, she didn't feel like practicing.

Carson entered the training room in basketball shorts and a track suit with the sleeves rolled up. She looked around. Empty. For once, there wasn't a single person in the room. Usually, there were at least a few strangers wherever she went who just ignored her.
She stared at the dummies that surrounded her. She hadn't trained in a while. She still didn't know just how powerful she was. The biggest fire she'd ever created with just her energy alone engulfed her hands and lower arms. Carson spotted a mop and bucket in the corner, probably left from one of the janitors. She took the bucket and filled it up at the fountain on the wall. This time, she was determined to figure out where her limits lied. If things got out of hand, she had a bucket of water.
In a way, it'd be kind of cool if one bucket wasn't enough, but then again, it would be bad as well... She thought to herself.
She relaxed her muscles, and first created a fireball that only filled one of her palms. She fed it more energy. It grew as she did so. She felt so in sync with the flame. Soon she had fire on both arms. No burns, just a bit of heat. Carson didn't even begin to question how this was physically possible.
More and more, the blaze grew, growing more rapidly the larger it got. It began to surround more and more of Carson's body, and the bond between her and the fire grew stronger as well. It was as though it were living; breathing.

Nefertari came in after changing into some black sweats and a tank top. She saw the room was occupied by one other person,"Hey, you don't mind if I practice here right?", she asked.

Carson swiveled around toward the voice. It was one of the girls she'd met the other day; Nefertari.
"Sure, I don't mind at all..." She said, her arms and torso still ablaze. "Besides... I couldn't stop you. My hands are sort of full anyway..." She said giving a small grin and looking down at her flaming palms.

Nefertari nodded and was about to turn away when an idea struck her,"Hey, er, I kind of have a match tomorrow and was wondering if you'd want to spar with me? Artemis also can manipulate fire, so yeah", she said to the other girl. The simulators were good practice but the real thing would be better.

Carson faltered a bit. "Uh... well, I've never fought anyone using my powers before... I don't even know my own strength..." She said, raising her hands, the heat from the flames wafting onto her face.
"But I guess I'll try... it could help me as well..." Carson felt her stomach lurch. She'd just accepted a fight. She didn't know how powerful Nefertari was, or what her powers were, or even how powerful she herself was. She was nervous. She herself could be hurt, or she could even hurt Nefertari if she lost control. It hadn't happened before, but when you were a gifted, there was always a first time for everything.

"Seriously? Well this will be good practice for both us. And don't worry about the flames going psycho, I can manipulate water, as well as air and time", she smiled. She was confident that if things got out of hand she'd be able to put out the flames.

He walked into the practice room, stretching his arms slightly as he looks around. He wondered what he was going to do since he had no powers to mimic or anyone’s emotions to mess with.

Artemis yawned a bit as she made her way to the Practice room. She needed to practice since her close call with Tari. Artemis inhaled a bit as she pulled open the doors as she walked in. She was getting ready to listen to Penny and use her earth. It was what she needed the most. Artemis pulled her hair in a pony tail as she shrugged off her jacket entering the small arena. There her eyes law upon the male she saw at the cafeteria. "Hey you mind if Im here?'S he said looking towards him her accent thick.

He turned around quickly hearing someone come in, it was that Artemis woman. He grinned as he found his practice “I don’t mind at all.” He went and sat down in a corner, closing his eyes as he started to meditate. He focused as he started to radiate different types of emotions, happiness, anger, and anxiety.

Artemis nodded as she walked to the middle of the field. She watched him slightly out of the corner of her eye as he sat in the corner of the arena. "Odd Loner." She whispered to herself.Artemis used her wind to flip a switch to start the targets that moved and helped her train.She inhaled as she tried to start a flame in her hand when something made her shiver. Like a gohst just walked through her. She had a smile thinking of Noah...her mind went off in a dream sort of unable to ignite her flame. Artemis looked around looking at her hand. SHe shook her head trying to cause some wind when she got engraged with anger.She let out a frustereated breath as she closed her eyes. "WIll you stop!" She said turning to the boy in the corner.

He opened his eyes, smirking up at her. “You asked to be in here while I practiced.” He stud up and walked over to her, remembering what Penny hold him about her “So…I have heard that you are pretty powerful.” He walked around her wondering if this was true.
