Artemis nodded. "Sounds ...fun?" She said still avoiding his eyes. She felt weird all of a sudden...what was going on. Artemis hated how there was only one clock in the common room...and it was on the wall behind Derek. She wiggled on the table a bit moving her hair from her face slowly looking up. Again...his eyes were on her.She raised a brow pressing her lips to a line as she swallowed hard. "Everywhere seems tiring" SHe said now looking at him.

Taking a step forward again, while keeping his eyes locked on hers, Derek shrugged. "You could say it is. But it gives someone a lot experience. More than usual", he said with a smile.

Artemis raised a brow stepping back a bit. "True..I wish I could travel..my uh so called parents never let me" She shrugged leaning in to stare at him..what was he up to.

"What a shame. It's quite an... exhilarating experience", Derek said. Leaning in closer to whisper, "One with many interesting times, maybe I'll show you." He then leaned back and started off to the second floor, but not before pausing at Artemis' side. "Probably some other time, but if you're ever up for it, you know where to find me", he said with a smirk. As he left her he let his hand swing back for one last tingle to her back, then swept up the staircase.

Artemis saw him lean in. Her eyes widened as she looked at him in the face...what he was going to do she had no clue. She let out a breath when he whispered. She blinked a bit as she went to walk away. She nodded to hi sort of lost when he told her he would show her. She tried speaking...but the shiver down her back happened a gain. She stood there watching as he left to his room...She looked around for a moment before doing the same thing

"I barely got away there", Derek thought to himself. Having to deal with the possibility of getting in trouble on the first day? Not a good thing. Derek needed to calm his nerves.
He walked into the kitchen and started to warm up some water for tea to relax his mind.

Sufficiently bored of sitting around in the common room she thought of what to do,"Hey, doyou want to go somewhere?", she asked the boy, hanging upside down on the couch, she wa that bored.

He motioned to her, and simply said, "I'm already going." Before he went, he laughed and winked, "Just one step ahead of you."

"Well that was fun" SHe said entering her own common room. She sighed a she began looking around for her ring. "It has to be in here...where did I put that stupid thing" She said brushing her hair out of her eyes.

Derek made his way back up to the common room, only to find Artemis was there, searching for something. Not wanting to bother her, he made his way back to the kitchen. He sighed, his tea had become cold. Shrugging it off he tossed it into the microwave for a bit, and hopped on the counter, waiting for it to finish.

"Ugh" She sighed still looking around. She jumped up hearing the microwave. She looked up only to see Derek. "Are you like...following me?" She asked half jokingly. She pressed her lips leaning on the counter.

"Stalking? I could say the same for you, planning to be everywhere I seem to be going", Derek joked. Jumping off the counter to retrieve his tea, he continued his joking, "And we did come from the same place y'know." Looking around, Derek noticed the trio of manipulators that snuck into the physical division was missing a person.
"Hey, where did Tari go?"

Artemis looked at him questioningly. "Yes well it seems that Im there fisrt and see you following me" She smiled raising a brow. Soon artemis smelled his tea. It smelled good.
She looked around. "She most likely went to bed" She shrugged looking around. "As a matter of fact why are you up anyway?"

Derek shrugged, "I could ask the same to you." He finished his tea, and made his way back to the panel he came from. "Personally, I'm not tired yet. And seeing as I still have one hall to visit, I think it's time for another adventure." Derek chuckled as he slid up the panel, knowing that he was almost daring for Artemis to follow him. "You're welcome to join me of course", he said with a a smile, then jumping back down to the middle.

Artemis raised his brow watching him leave to the middle...She wasnt tired either but...follow him? "Eh..." Would she pass...Artemis thought about it for a second before following him through the middle. "Ha I found you" She said finding her ring on the floor.
