At the Park

Vergil fell to his knees and barely caught Artemis' head in his hands though the rest of her had fallen roughly. He situated himself so her head was on his lap as the wings formed stayed draped around them, "Meesy, tahlk tu me. Yu cahn noht goh tu sleehp."

Tobias let out a heavy sigh. "Perhaps we should all go back to Oceanside now?" he asked the group, with a small smile. Sure, everyone had almost died, but they were fine now, right?

Tobias finally seemed normal again and had dispatched the shadow beasts. Tired, he left to go back to the dorms, while everyone else, tired and injured from the battle, stayed at the park to rest a bit.

Rhys knelt where he was standing, his head beginning to throb in pain. He'd exerted a lot of telekinetic power today, starting with the frisbee at the beginning of the night. The sun was rising now, rays peeking over the buildings to the east.

We sure left this place a mess... good thing no prosies were around

Vergil asked of Flug to disperse when the sky was obviously lightening, not wanting to get caught by any public passerby. She responded with a whimper in his core and a hum, the wings becoming a rainfall of feathers and condensing into the card. He'd thank her deeply later, for now, he did it under his breath and put her away to return his attention to Artemis, "Meesy, komm ohn, speek tu me. Ahre yu ahlright?"

Artemis lay there her head in Vergil's lap. She opened her eyes to hiss in pain again. "Im fine" She groaned out to say. She was weak..and i loads of pain.

Artemis tried to stand up but was barley able to. She focused hard, using all her energy was not a smart thing to do. "Thank you Vergil" She was able to say. Coughing a few times she propped herself up wincing from both gashes. She looked around to the thrashed park.

Rhys looked up and saw that Vergil was helping Artemis. He remembered that Tari was still higher up on a hill, under some trees. He stood up, wobbly from his headache, and walked towards her.

"Here, let me help walk," he offered, taking her arm over his shoulder and supporting some of her weight off her bad leg.

Vergil watched when she stood up and stayed at her side should she fall over again. He offered her himself as a crutch to lean on should she need to, "Yu should tahk ett eezhy, Meesy.. Yu tuk a loht ov dahmaj."

[Nefertari Adel]

She had been running her hand over her injuries to clean them with water, when she looked up and saw Rhys,"Thanks", she said with an exhausted smile.
Nefertari got up and walked with him,"Are you okay?", she asked, looking him up and down, he also had used a lot of his powers right now. She saw Artemis a bit further away, she looked pretty beaten up as well.

Artemis nodded stumbling a bit grabbing onto Vergil. "Im fine" She said coughing hard. She winced slightly loking to see Tari and Rhys alright. "Are you alright?" She wasnt worried about herself..not yet at least. Artemis wanted to make sure the others were well. "We better head back"She said limping. Artemis heard Vergil tell her she took alot of damage. Did she really? Or was she just weak...she would find out at the school

Vergil walked alongside Artemis; the only thing he felt was tired and that was nowhere near the state Artemis or the other two were, "Eff yu ahre ohkay, then I ahm a voman." He sighed and gently wrapped an arm around her lower back to help support her.

"Yeah,", he replied to Tari as they walked to Vergil and Artemis, "I'm... fine", he managed to half-mumble.

Am I ... this... exhausted? he thought. He suddenly felt a little light-bodied, his headache becoming a numbing throb, and his eyesight beginning to unfocus. He wobbled, stepping uneasily, then stopping, head hung, weak.

Suddenly, he collapsed, though in his last conscious thoughts, he let go of Tari so she wouldn't fall with him.

Artemis felt Vergl hold her for support. SHe nodded now seeing Tari and rhys were ok. She smiled inside biting her lip in pain. She was beat and eaxausted. "Thank you"S he repeated to Vergil. Soon her eyes dropped to Rhys who collapsed on the floor. She hesitated and looked around.

"No proises"S he said using the last of her strength. "Tari if you can yo may need to help" She said levitating him as they headed back to the school just as the sun rose.

Before collapsing she got Him to the school and to his hall..Not enough to his room however. "Thats all I can do" She said stumbling

[Nefertari Adel]

She looked at him, he most definitely was not fine, she felt his start to sway and then collapse. She knelt down next to him and saw Artemis coming over. They both used their air manipulation and took him back to his hall.

[Cora Hendricks]

Cora smiled as she breathed in the morning air. It was early, possibly too early, but it didn't phase Cora whatsoever.

Cora wasn't the only one in the park. Elderly couples sat on benches, tossing bread to the bird that surrounded them. Or the walked slowly along the paths, talking amongst themselves. Runners listened to the music booming in their ears from their iPods.

Cora listened to the faint call of birds in the trees, the few that have awoken. She watched as the grass twinkle in a fresh layer of dew. The sky was still a pale gray, but Cora knew that sunlight was on its way.

As she wandered along the paths, Cora kept extremely close tabs on the time. Around six thirty, Cora ran her dorm, for she had to get ready for school.

[Hana Chung-Erins]

Hana finally reached the park. Well this'll turn out to be interesting.. how shall I skewer him..? Oh, skewer! Her arm morphed to heavy steel prong with a sharp point at the end. Maybe this'll be entertaining. she thought to herself as she turned her arm back to normal.

Coming up to a rather large tree, she jumped up to one of it's lower branches and waited for the boy. She swung her legs to and fro as she hummed out the tune to "Listomania" by Phoenix. What? Just cause she was apathetic doesn't mean she can't like catchy music.
