Penny arrived early to where the Beach Bash was going to be held to set up. She set up a few tables with food, and a grill for Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. There were coolers full of drinks, and a large bonfire in the middle of the area. She set up the speakers and began playing music, waiting for people to arrive.

Tobias walked down to the beach for Penny's party. He was excited to go, since he hadn't been sure if he would make it. He had on a white button down, a blue tie and some black pants. The clothes were formalish but not uncomfortable. The music floated across the crisp ocean air and Tobias smiled.

"Am I here too early?" Tobias asked Penny once he was closer to her. He looked around. "It looks really good Penny," he commented.

"No, not at all!" She said to him, "A few other people have showed up," she told him, gesturing to the dozen or so other students who had come, "But I don't think you know any of them." She smiled when he complemented her party, "Thanks."

"I don't recognize them, but that's okay. I can mingle," Tobias told Penny. He walked off to go meet some new people, but stopped and turned around. "Hey, Penny is Artemis or Melrose coming?" he asked her.

"Artemis is out of town," she said, "And Melrose said she'd try to make it."

Tobias nodded as Penny responded. "Okay, thanks," he replied. He turned back around and walked over to a group of students.

Aaron walked to the beach. He must have looked lame, coming by himself to a party but it would be okay. Hopefully Melrose was there. They didn't talk about the party but it would be nice to see her face. Aaron found the area of the beach where the party was at and talked to some person he knew.

"No problem," she said to him, "There's drinks and food over there if you want some," she pointed to the tables and the grill before turning to some of her classmates and talking with them before seeing Aaron. "Aaron! Hey, you made it!"

Aaron turned around and saw Penelope call out his name. "Uh, yeah, I made it!" Aaron replied to Penelope and grinned. "I don't know why I would miss it." Maybe if he already had plans or if he was sick, but nothing like that happened to him. So luckily he made it to the party.

Wearing black jeans, a red short-sleeved hoodie, and his ever-present necklace and bracelet, Mykel dug his bare feet into the sand happily. "Toby, Penny!" He called, waving.
