Vergil promptly flushed and thanked them both in a very subdued manner, sliding the book over to Toshie, "Fräulein Mahkeenahmi, et ess yur tuhrn." He brought his legs up on the seat and sat with them crossed.

"Oh it is.. isn't it?" she said, a bit too mellow still. "Hmmm..." Toshie looked over the songlist until she found one she liked, "Oh! Okay!" Toshie stepped up onto the stage once again and smiled, "Harro evuriiwahn!" She waved and took hold of the mic, "I will be singing Us-uu by Regina Spektor!" The piano started up and Toshie began to bop to the music and smiled, " They made a statue of us/ And it put it on a mountain top/ Now tourists come and stare at us/ Blow bubbles with their gum/ Take photographs for fun, for fun." She swayed from side to side as she leaned into the mic as she sang, " They'll name a city after us/ And later say it's all our fault/ Then they'll give us a talking to/ Then they'll give us a talking to." Her voice was a lot deeper now to fit the song, more filling than her airy tones last time. |

She brought her voice back up to the higher pitches just to sing out the "oohs" and "aahs" of the song. Toshie was really into the song now.
"We're living in a den of thieves/ Rummaging for answers in the pages/ We're living in a den of thieves" she sang out while swaying.
"And it's contagious/ And it's contagious/ And it's contagious..." the song finished and she smiled again. Bowing once more she stepped off the stage and back to the boys. "This is a lot of fun," she said gleaming.

Vergil liked the parts where her voice would draw out and any part where she made a quirky sound. He listened carefully, hands in his lap, when he felt something dim leak into him. Looking to Mykel he saw his eyes shut but he didn't contain the same spark he had earlier.. that gleeful quality. He quietly put a hand on his knee and patted him.
He removed his comforting hand to clap for Toshie and give the girl a bright expression, "Yu ahre vehry gut aht thess Fräulein Mahkeenahmi. Du yu seeng ohften?"

Mykel looked up, smiling softly at Toshie and Vergil. "That was very nice, Toshie. Do you two want to go to In-N-out?"

"In the ahh.. Shower. I sing a lot in the shower." she said tinging a shade of red. She looked over to Mykel, "In-N-Out?" GROWLLLL. Toshie looked at her stomach embarrassed and gave the boys an awkward smile, "Food sounds good. Yes."

"Boh-ru-ting?" Toshie tilted her head to the side in curiosity and then just smiled, "Mmkay!" She was about to leave out the door for food when she realized that she still didn't know where anything was.
"... eh..." her face flushed red once more and she stood there with her hands behind her back awkward, "I ahm still new to here."

Mykel came towards Toshie, setting a hand on her shoulder. "C'mon, doll, we'll show you, Vergil and I were near it this morning." He gently guided her ahead of him.

Vergil followed the two out still adjusting his scarf tried to even out the ends so they hung neatly. He had heard many good things about the burger joint from classmates who had been in the Americas and was glad to be able to experience it for himself.

Tahlah shifted human after she entered, making an almost cat-like sound of amazement, looking around. "I've never done karaoke..." She said softly. "Although I suppose I can try."
