Luv looked at Lia and the way she stared at a girl and her date. She quietly laughed to her self. "Umm, Yeah.I'm pretty much new." She gave Lia a small smile and put her hand by her side. "What year are you in?"

Anna, having practiced in the training arena all day (where there is no signal), completely forgot about calling Derek to go to Tari's party. Panicked, she went back to the dorms anyway to change into something nice and bumped into Rhys, whom she'd met briefly the previous night. Since they both were running late for whatever reason, she agreed to go with him. "I hope she doesn't mind my coming since I only got unofficially invited by Derek..." she told Rhys, a little worried. She also felt a little bad that she hadn't contacted Derek, but was sure to see him there, anyway. She got out with Rhys and walked with him to where Tari's party was being held in the hotel. |

"I doubt it," Nicholas said. "And I just avoid... well, I avoid pretty much everyone," he laughed. "What about you?" He asked her, a bit nervous for the answer.

"Well dont be so antisocial...Sometime it will get you far in life having your enemies closer" She said pulling him closer as if he was the enemy to her. She inhaled a bit. "Try to interact more with people not just penny" She looked up to him. "And me? What if Im a hero you mean" Artemis pondered on how she would reply to the question. "Yum food" She smiled taking his wrist and leading him to the finger foods SHe hadnt eaten all day.

"I have been trying," Nicholas said. "That's my goal for the year, and I think I'm doing fairly well thus far." He furrowed his brow at her when she said that she was possibly a hero, "Well," he said, "There're exceptions to every rule, aren't there? Maybe you're the exception," he suggested as she pulled him towards the food table.

"Awesome" She said with a small smile. "I'm a Junior as well. Where are you from?" She asked making small chit-chat. She looked at all the couples that were there. She let a small, quiet sigh escape.

Rhys laughed at Anna's concern. "Don't worry," he said, "I'm sure Tari won't mind. She's nice and you kinda met her last night, too, so," he carelessly shrugged, walking into the room, looking for familiar faces.

Artemis nodded to Nick as he spoke. She smirked evil as he was thinking she was a hero. She shook her head pouring both of them some punch. It was a bit warm. Slowly Artemis reached for nicks bottom of his cup making cold air hit it chilling it. She smiled sipping her looking at the dance floor.
Artemis scooted closer to Nick. She came close to his hear her lips almost touching his skin. "Dont worry. Im not the exception..." She looked around a bit.

"I'm from Montreal, up in Canada. You?" Lia said, glancing around the room looking for familiar faces to join. Not that she didn't mind Luv; Lia just wanted to have fun tonight because she missed out on the Herc party. "Well, I'm heading back. Have fun Luv." She said. Lia exited the hall and went back to the school.

Cal had grabbed herself a plate of food at some point and refilled her drink as she leaned back in her chair nomming on whatever. She was debating on calling Hope or not for the company and just to have someone here, after all the chick had offered herself, but she settled on texting her assuming the number she had been given was a cell number. It had been. Her phone gave a chime and she catered to it after she wiped her hand on a cloth napkin.

Nick sighed in relief, "Oh, thank God," He said, laughing. "I thought I was going soft or something for a moment there." He sipped his drink and took a few chips, popping them into his mouth. He saw her looking at the dance floor. "Would you care to?" he asked. "Dance?"

Toshie strode in with her present, it wasn't anything fancy, but she hoped Tari would like it anyway. She clung to it tightly hoping that the tissue wouldn't fall out. Her outfit wasn't bad, she thought it was cute and felt adequately proper for it. After hugging Tari and handing her the present she didn't know what to do. Looking around the place, she didn't really see anyone she knew and sighed. Toshie just took a seat at an empty table and watched the others. Maybe someone she knew would come in soon. |

She nodded. He's right, she thought, Not really a big deal, I guess. She appreciated his efforts to reassure her, though, and thought he was a nice guy. They walked in and she looked for Derek, but mostly stayed with Rhys.
"Let's grab a drink over there," she said, pointing to the table with finger foods and juice, pulling Rhys' arm with her. As they walked, she recognized familiar pink hair. "Hey!" she said, "Cal?" lightly touching her arm.

Cal looked up mid-text and mid-chew, finishing both before she shut her phone and grinned to Anna after a lick of her flavorful lips from the little treats she was snacking on, "Anna, hey, sup' babe?"
