"WHo said you wernt going soft?" She said smirking at him as she stole one of his chips. She looked around again then over to nick. Oh dear god...did he just ask me to dance? She closed her eyes looking at the dance floor then over to him.
"I uh..." SHe bit her lip lightly. "I would love to" Artemis placed her cup down with a smile on her face.

"Wow. Nice. Well, Im from a small town named Ixmiquilpan, in a small state called Hidalgo, somewhere in the middle of Mexico." She smiled. "The haven't told what room I'm in yet, So therefore, I dont know." She giggled a little.

"Good," Nicholas said, smiling as he put his drink down. He took her hand and led her out to where other people were dancing. A fast song came on, and Nick started dancing.

Rhys walked with Anna to the food table, also noticing Cal, whom he met briefly in the common room. He also looked around while they walked for the present table so he could set down his and Anna's present; before arriving, they went to a small gift shop and, and Rhys' suggestion, got small Egyptian statues and a charm.
Rhys waved shortly to Cal, then turned to Anna. "I'm gonna find out where to put our presents, ok? I'll meet you back here?" he asked before heading off.

Anna grabbed a small plate to put food on while talking to Cal. "Oh, nothing much. Do you know the birthday girl? 'Cause I don't really," she admitted sheepishly.
She gave Rhys a short wave as he went off to look for the presents table. "Ok," she said, "If I'm not here, then whatever. You'll find me."

Artemis laughed as she followd Nick on to the dance floor. She smiled looking around as she began to dance as well with the music. "Your not bad"S he giggled letting her hims moved to the beat.

"Nah don't worry, I just saw her last night and that was my extent of knowing her besides her name. Blondie gave me the four one one on everything," Cal got up to fill up her plate a little more and reply a final text to Hope, "Everyone seems pretty chill though and I'm sure a good amount of us are crashers anyhow."

Artemis smiled a bit dancing closer to nick as the song progressed. She bit her lip as she raised her hand about to rest it on nick when she dropped her hand. Something...she didnt know she just coundlt do it.

Anna bit into a strawberry as she listened to Cal, chewed, then replied, "Yea, there're so many people. Really doesn't matter." She set her plate down and grabbed a plastic cup to fill with punch, then took a sip. "So, did the bimbo -- excuse me, blondie, leave already? I haven't se-" Anna stopped mid-sentence, having noticed Artemis dancing with a boy. "Nevermind," she said, shaking her head lightly and waving the topic off.
"Anyway, how's your day been? Oh, and what do you do? I don't think we've exchanged that yet."

The strawberries Anna was eating were starting to look quite delectable though she knew it was just how she chewed them and caught the dripping, red juice delicately that made them so. She gave a bit of a snort when she head her slip up, "Not a fan of Blondie, eh? S'cool, we can't like everyone and not everyone will like us. Haters gonna hate, really." Cal tossed a few strawberries onto her plate.
"Day's been good. Met some chick, did my nails, and I'm here. Oh, and I slept of course and.. got transferred halls." Biting into a strawberry to fulfill her craving she heard the next question and gave a shrug, "Necromancer. You?"

Artemis smiled looking up to him. SHe watch him place her hand on him and his on her waist. Her body moving fast to the beat she turned around as she let her hips move against his. Nothing too much (Not like last night thats later) She inhaled as sher red dress rode up slightly as she moved.

"Wow, necromancy," Anna responded with surprised interest. The idea of this girl, so cutely dressed up with her bright pink hair and amazing nails, summoning dead spirits and corpses was incredibly interesting. "I definitely wouldn't mind seeing that, I think," she said. "I'm a shapeshifter who can heal and phase through things. Handy for sneaking around," she admitted. Wondering where Rhys was, since he'd been gone so long, Anna finished up her plate of food, downed her punch, then bid a quick goodbye to Cal. "I'm gonna look for my friend, I'll see you later," going off.
She lost track of where the blonde was, but as she was walking amongst everyone, she realized that she had walked within five feet of her. Damn, she thought. But just then, she spotted Derek near where she was. "Hey, Derek!"
