Tobias followed, pretending the cold didn't affect him.

He grabbed his towel and dried off. "Shower? Where?"

"Whoa, you seem eager. In the boys and girls locker room, of course," Lyra said, taking off the towel and drying her hair off. "Wanna eat food or something? If you don't mind being caked in chlorine," Lyra said.

"I don't mind chlorine," Tobias said. He just hated being cold and wet. "Lemme go change first though," he told Lyra.
"Wanna come back to my room?"

"Uh, yeah, sure!" Lyra smiled at Tobias' offer. Maybe she could see Ethan too since they were in the same hall. It would be nice to see him. After the two got dressed, they walked to Houdini Hall.

Natalie walked into the pool area, her flip-flops echoing as she walked over to a chair. She put her towel down, and kicked off her shoes. And, with a running start, she dove into the pool. She felt renewed as the water engulfed her, and she came up for air feeling instantly refreshed. She swam around a bit and then went to swimming lazy laps, just enjoying the water.

Penelope walked to the pool. She had decided to work on her power by herself, she wanted to be able to keep it down when she didn't want it, like when she was swimming. She had no idea how she was going to go about training herself, and she'd probably just end up frying her hair, but it was worth a try. As she walked in she saw that there was someone already in the pool. Well there goes that idea, she thought to herself. She set her things down and stepped down the ladder into the cool water.

Natalie heard the door close and looked up. A blonde girl had walked in and was now climbing down into the pool. "Hey," she said, a bit awkwardly. She didnt' know the girl, she looked older than her, and Natalie was only a freshman.

This is awkward, she thought. "I'm Natalie," she said, introducing herself. "Freshman. I make explosions." She thought that maybe their powers would be a good topic of conversation.

"Penelope. Junior. Electricity among others," she said. She liked how blunt Natalie was. "Nice to meet you," she said. "So explosions?" she asked, wanting her to clarify.

"Yes, I can make things explode just by thinking," she said smiling. "It was great to meet you, but I should get going. Bye!" Natalie pulled herself up out of the pool and grabbed her things. She waved to Penelope and walked out.
