"Eh...toh... no? What is Ninja Ninja Revolution?" she tilted his head in curiosity to this new game. Toshie's played Dance Dance Revolution, and was quite good, above the average player at least, but not this new fandangled thing. "Probably because it's new." she said, now wanting to try it out, it sounded interesting!
She turned towards the door noticing Mykel had arrived; she waved and smiled to him. "Ah! Maikeru!" she pulled a seat out for him to sit.

Mykel grinned, curling in the offered seat. "Hey Tosh, and.... I think I know you...." He blinked at Derek. "Have we met?"

Derek nodded toward Mykel, saying, "Yeah, Derek, we met at the tree that one night, remember? Though we really didn't talk much. But, it's nice meeting you again, haha?" Oh, that was awkward. Really.
Turning back to Toshie, he answered, "It's kinda like DDR, except a lot more epic and awesome. We can probably try it later. On arcade games, did you know why Pac Man was named Pac Man. Originally it was named Puck Man, in Japan, cause he looked like a hockey puck. But when bringing it to America, they figured it the name of it was suggestive, so they took off the 'k'. So we have Pac Man."

She nodded vigorously. I mean, she was from Japan so of course she knew lawl. "I thought I was the only one who knew that!" Toshie grinned brightly, "You're so smart, Derek." It was like a beam of innocence was just glowing off her.
Just then Mr. Isao came out with trays of their food and drinks. "I have two Tari milk teas, and a Mango Bla--" He had already set down the other two light purple drinks (cause Taro is purple) and looked for the older girl, "Did she leave?" Toshie nodded with a 'I'll tell you about it later look' and then nodded over to Mykel. "This is Maikeru, he is also a friend." Mr. Isao nodded politely at him and offered the Mango Black Tea to him, "It won't drink itself you know." Without waiting to hear Mykel's answer he put the drink down in front of him.
The owner then put down the two noodle bowls before Derek and Toshie, "Hope you enjoy, it's on the house." He winked again, wiping off the sweat fro his brow and went back to the back counter.
"Domo, Isao-san!" Toshie called cheerfully as she snapped the chopsticks apart, "Itadakimasu!"

Grabbing his own chopsticks, Derek smiled. He first thanked the owner for putting it on the house, he was really generous. He dug in, and WOW. It was good. Toshie really knew how to pick her asian food. Must have something to do with her being Asian and stuff. He gave a thumbs up as he was eating to Toshie.
Pausing, Derek decided it was a good time to promote his band. Lyra was getting on him at how much we had to push it, so he said, "Hey, did you guys know I'm in a band?" Wow that sounded pretentious.

Mykel perked up, sipping at the tea in front of him. "Are you really?" He asked softly, eyes shut as he listened.

Toshie looked at him amazed. "A band?" her eyes glistened brightly, she never really knew good music, "What's your guys' name?" She pulled out long strands of noodles with her chopsticks and slurped them up, a bit noisily. Which then resulted in her cheeks turning pink from the embarrassing noise that came from slurping. She turned to Mykel, after swallowing her noodles, "Is there anything you'd like to eat?"
The soup was hot and steamy, making her nose sniffly.

Mykel shook his head. "I've not been hungry the last couple of days." He shrugged. "It happens around now every year. About your band, Derek?" He changed the subject quickly.

Upon finishing his bowl, Derek lifted his head triumphantly and said, "We are Sex Bob-Omb!" He smiled as he did it, proud of his band. "We're just starting out, but our music is epic. Awesome even. Yeah... I play bass." Though sometimes Rhys took over for him. When he wasn't busy playing video games. Oh Zelda, you sly princess you.

"Woooowwww..." she was amazed at this; Toshie actually knew a guy who was in a band. "That's really cool!" She finished up the rest of the noodle bowl and set her chopsticks down. "What kind of music is it?" Toshie was intrigued, she pulled her hair back so that no strands would fall in her face while they talked. That was so annoying, maybe she'd get a haircut sometime soon.

Derek waved a hand at Toshie's comment. "Oh, it's awesome music. Pretty much awesome rock." That was the vaguest thing I've ever said. Ever. Still smiling, he said, "You should come watch us practice! I think we have a practice tonight." More like every night. Lyra was pretty persistent about the band practicing. "It'll be like a private session and stuff, pretty cool huh?"

Toshie smiled and nodded happily, "I'd love to watch your guys' practice sessions! That's so cool!" She truly was in awe of it. PIPIPI! Her phone beeped and vibrated in her back pocket, "...Oh.." She bit her lower lip, not wanting to have to leave so suddenly. "Uh... something came up..." She stood up immediately to talk to Mr. Isao who was very understanding anyway.
She returned to the table and bowed apologetically, "I am sorry, I have something to attend to and must go. I hope you enjoyed yourselves here!" With that, she ran out of the Tea Shop as quick as a hedgehog.

Derek sighed when Toshie left. He couldn't stop thinking. Was he ever going to date her? He hasn't had a date in years, let a lone a girlfriend. Not since his ex-girlfriend... stop thinking about her Derek. I mean yeah, she was younger than what he was used to, and innocent. I wonder what Lyra would think. Where was Lyra? Half waving and saying goodbye, Derek started up and started to wonder and wander around town.

Hana walked in, taking a seat at whatever table was open. They didn't mind at all, s'how these places were generally. Seemed that the only person really working there was the owner at the moment.
Looking over the menu, Hana decided that she wasn't hungry. Nope, not hungry at all; however, she was very, very thirsty. She had to lie low again, the pangs from her previous job were still ailing her and she couldn't just sleep for two days straight to let her self-repair do its job like before. There were actual people here, and the school had given her a room with other people in it. Surely they'd question her.
Smacking her lips she looked up to see that the owner was above her. "Honeydew Milk Tea, no boba," Hana answered before he could say anything and shoved the menu back to him. The owner just gave her strange look and went back to make her tea.
As he walked away, Hana caught a glimpse of his Koi fish tattoo and quirked a brow. A tea shop owner with a tattoo? How strange... he looks familiar though.. eh. whatever. After a while he brought her her drink. She finished it rather quickly and then left, leaving the money on the table.

"Good morning!" Bright and bubbly, Toshie walked in with her uniform on and the normal cheery smile adorning her already cute face. Her hair was up in a ponytail that swished to and fro behind her with each step she took. The owner just smiled and waved to her as he kept watching the pot so as to make sure the froth of the beef didn't broil over.
Toshie inhaled the scent of the various teas they had there. It was... relaxing, and delicious. Today was rather busy for a Sunday though. Not that she minded, just meant that she could make a little more money on the side. Hmm. I wonder if Vergil is coming in today. It's not like we're required to come in on the weekends. Maybe he won't. She shrugged off the thought as she went off to attend to a table's waiting customers.
