Vergil was currently curled in his bed, Der Beschütze standing at the foot with her halberd upright. She had asked to be let out to protect her wielder in his weakened state even if he had no enemies to speak of for after all, it was still her duty. He was finally asleep after much empty heaving, the tome in his arms as he slept. It had been a decent day aside from the stomach bug.

Walking into the room Derek was surprised at seeing an unusual woman standing guard at his roommate's bed. He wasn't sure if he was hallucinating or this was some sort of power Vergil had. Not wanting to find out, Derek climbed into his bed and tried to sleep, hoping she wouldn't go berserk and destroy him in his sleep.

Der Beschütze didn't move from her spot as a male human confidently walked into the room. He looked to be the roommate, whatever this was, that her wielder described to her. She stayed standing where she was when he walked in and allowed him to peacefully get to bed. Morning would come soon but she wouldn't leave her wielder until then.

Derek awoke, rubbing his eyes. He couldn't sleep through the night, something was still bothering him. And the amazonian chick wasn't helping either. He decided to take a walk into the commons and relax his mind.

Walking back into the room he acknowledged Virgil's guardian and strode quickly to the bed. He thought of his experience with Artemis back in the common room. He wasn't usually like that, but something about her struck him. He needed to get close, he needed to figure her out.
Regardless, it calmed his mind away from the incident, and Derek quickly fell asleep on his bed.

Vergil was swinging his legs at the edge of his bed while doodling in his sketchbook again. School wasn't as bad as everyone made it out, really... He loved his art class. Philosophy has been fine but art- Eveleen was hilarious, fluttery, she reminded him of a wild butterfly flitting around the meadow when she danced about the room and thrust windows open for the early, fresh air to leak in as well as the gentle light of the sun. So far it had been notes and review and the study of basics but it was all going to be combined and put to use soon he assumed.

Putting the sketchbook away, Vergil curled up in his pajama pants and big t-shirt while hugging his tome under his covers. The stomach bug had appeared twice today but early morning then disappeared completely. He'd be well enough to go to work tomorrow and accompany Toshie then! The freshman boy fell asleep with a sigh and snuggled down into his bed to dream.

Entering the room and seeing no amazonian warrior guarding anything, Derek slowly crept towards his bed. Didn't stop him from falling on it and passing out.

Vergil came back from work to shower, change into a pair of skinny jeans and a plain white shirt, and relax on his bed for a while. He still had a practically full box of treats from the shop sitting on his dresser and the night looked fresh... Stroking the beads on his arm while looking to his tome, Flug gave a little coo from within; going out for a flight did sound good... He took the tome, the box, and left his room to go wander the grounds.

Artemis walked with Derek slightly on her as she helped him up the stairs. She used her wind so the stairs were easy for him. She read the name plate and noticed he was vergils Roommate. Her free arm opened the door as she helped him on to his bed. 'Here...you need your rest" She said with a smile. She stepped away from the bed about to leave his room.

"Thank you Artemis. I don't think I would of made it here alone. Or I'd be stuck in the infirmary." Derek smiled weakly. He whispered, "Maybe there is some good in you left.". Sliding under his sheet he waved to Artemis, "Good night."

Artemis nodded to him after he said thank you. She stopped in her tracks widening her ees when he told her there was some good in her. She shivered. "Good night Derek" She said before leaving the room and shutting his door.

Derek awakes, seeing a large flash of light at the tower. "The hell?" Curious, Derek gets out of bed and grabs a pill. Popping it, he made his way to the tower, moving fast enough not to be seen by those in the commons or outside.

Toshie had helped back over to his dorm, without disturbing anything that was going on in the common room. She helped him set himself down onto his bed gently, getting back up and smiling to him, "You should probably rest now."

"Probably. Though I never feel tired when you're around." Whoa. Derek wanted to grab those words right back, cause it probably was one of the lamest lines he's ever used. Sober at least. Derek chuckled, hoping it would pass it off as a joke.
