Aaron nodded to Tari. "I'll only use it to interfere for their safety and of others," he said, looking back at Tari. He let out a sigh and continued to drink his smoothie. He needed a massage or something with all of the negative vibes.

Nefertari felt the wind around them change and tried to counter it and calm it down. It went back to normal but Nefertari continued concentrating on it, only nodding at Aaron's comment. She couldn't slip up, some customers had already went up complaining about a draft.

Feeling the no opposition in the air, Nefertari relaxed and turned back to Jamie,"Oh, lucky, you have a decent roommate", she replied,"I'm in Houdini. So you're a year younger than me", she replied, taking a sip of her coffee.

Artemis crossed her hands a bit as she fumbled with her ring. She saw that Jamie was still all pissy. She had a small smirk on her face. "Your name is Aaron right?" She asked turning to Aaron. "We never properly met" She said trying to be nice to the others at firs.

"Ah yes. I saw you at the stands," Aaron said to Artemis. He held a hand out for her to shake. "Yes, Aaron is my name. Yours?" he asked. He couldn't find a name to match her face.

"Yeah, I don't believe I've met you two..." Carson said, looking at Aaron and Nefertari. She tried to keep her tone as light and peppy as possible, despite the fact that there was still a bit of tension lingering around them. Carson wondered what exactly set Artemis off. Jamie had just been kidding. Maybe she didn't have a great sense of humor. Whatever the case, Carson knew at least one of them had overreacted.

"Nice to meet you, Artemis," Aaron said, shaking her hand. Carson introduced herself as well. He let go of Artemis' hand and offered it to Carson. "Nice to meet you," he said to Carson, "I'm Aaron Murphy," he said. Hopefully new introductions would calm the two girls down.

"I'm Nefertari Adel, you are?", she asked, looking at the unfamiliar girl, another transfer maybe? She smiled at the girl, she seemed friendly enough.

Carson took Aaron's and and shook it, loosely, as she normally did. She was completely calm. It was Artemis she was worried about. She seemed to have an awfully short temper. Maybe that's what she had been sensing earlier, before the fight broke out. It had been the first bad vibe she'd gotten from anybody since she'd arrived here at Oceanside. Something still seemed wrong.

Artemis pressed her lips to a line as she sat in the chair keeping quiet. It was weird...Her with all of these goody two shoes Heroes. She let out a sigh as she sipped her now cold water as she grasped the cup.

"Second." Carson replied to Jamie with a smile, taking a sip of her mocha. "But I've known about my powers since the seventh grade. It's just that my parents took a while to find a suitable place to ship me off to..." She said with a chuckle.
